Edwards Winery - Exclusive Escapes

Located between the popular townships of Gracetown and Margaret River and nestled in amongst the magnificent grounds of Edwards Winery.

Summer picnics under the Marri trees, autumn walks through the vineyard, or winter nights inside by the open fireplace? It may be hard to choose the best time to visit!

With large open plan living, the main living area has a very spacious feel to it, aided by the extensive windows and doors allowing in plenty of natural light.

The house has a rustic farm-feel, perfect for families. It is a well-loved family holiday home suited for those who are looking for a farm-stay getaway rather than a luxury 5-star retreat.

The accommodation is split on 2 levels offering the opportunity for privacy and relaxation, upstairs houses 2 masters bedrooms with queens beds, balcony access and an ensuite to the master. Downstairs there is another queen bedroom, a bedroom with a single and bunk and bedroom 5 has a bunk bed.

In those warm summer months, there is reverse cycle air conditioning, whilst if you choose to holiday during the winter months, you will enjoy the cosiness and warmth of the open fire.

Please note: As the property is situated on a working vineyard, All guest houses are strictly no pets. There may be machinery, tractors, and spray units on the farm from time to time. All spraying is organic.

A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels.

Sadly there is no WIFI at Edwards Winery.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
