The front desk staff was super helpful but also incredibly friendly, going out of their way to give us excellent advice about visiting Union Square. To take an Uber to avoid the Christmas traffic congestion. The only minor downside was the slight noise from outside, which, understandably, is beyond the hotel's control. "I love the location of this hotel and the hotwl otswlc but if you get a room that faces Fillmore, there is a bar right across the street and you wont get any sleep until 2am. So freaking noisy!!!!"
