I didn't like getting the surprise of having to pay to park or the $75 fee that was not listed on the website for my dog. The rooms are clean, there's an area on the backside of the hotel to walk your dog and have your dog relieve their self. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Front desk staff was very friendly and kind during all shifts, we had group of 12, and staff even provide us a personal meeting room, during our stay. We stayed here for second time already, and definitely will stay many more.

We had a nice time at Hyatt place although it seemed a bit dated in its overall aesthetic. Would’ve loved more breakfast options because we got the same menu all three days of our stay and it’s the first hotel I’ve ever gone to where you have to pay for parking. Other than that, the staff was super friendly and their shuttle service to the airport was timely and convenient.
