Everything was great, we went to Newport Aquarium and stayed here with our 15-month old twins. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. We opted for a suite and that was definitely the way to go with two small children. The only complaint I have was the pool was frigid. Too cold for small children.

They checked us into an already occupied room when we got there and was able to access getting in the room. I told the front desk the bathroom door for shower and toilet locks you in and only opens if someone on the outside turns it with you. No one ever came to look or repair.

This was our favorite hotel we've ever stayed at. We loved that there was a separate bedroom for the kids, plus a sofa bed in the living room. It was perfect for our family of 7. And, it was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had. There were ingredients to make breakfast tacos as well as overnight oats with chia seeds and toppings. So grateful for the gluten free options (they had the typical waffles, etc. too). There was corn hole outside too, and the pool was in a warm room so it was actually useable.

If I need another hotel stay in the Cincinnati area I will definitely book with this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful! The rooms were clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The couch was hard and the pillows too soft, but used extra pillows and blanket in closet to fixed this. The floor we stayed on was very quiet. Friday when we checked in the power went out due to a thunderstorm moving through. Thankfully, it was still daylight and we were able to manage to get ready to go out for our evening plans. Breakfast was satisfying, however, I wish there would have been bacon…love my bacon! Overall, I was very pleased! They seem to have an excellent team and all want to work hard to ensure their guests are taken care of. Thanks for everything!

This hotel looks to be in good condition, but the room was stuffy. We had the nosiest AC unit, asked to have a technical person look at it and it didn’t make a difference. It was too warm for comfort and too loud to sleep uninterrupted. Everything else was fine but pales to a good night sleep.

Hotel needs update, but great space!
I would definitely stay here again just bc the extra space and beds are so crucial for a big family! However, the condition of the room left a little to be desired. We were given a handicapped room, even though we didn’t book one. The tile in the bathroom was so cracked and broken next to the sink you had to be careful where you stepped. The floor needs to be regrouted too. The tv didn’t work. The walls had damage that needed to be fixed and the kitchen cabinets a coat of paint. I bet it was a really nice hotel at one time. The number of beds and layout was unbeatable. Sooo comfortable for a larger family to have a king and two queens in two separate rooms. The living room sofa had a trundle bed. You really can’t find that kind of layout very often. Also, the breakfast was great!

Hard beds?
First off the hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the fire pits, gas grills and corn hole games on the back patio were ha nice surprise. The room we stayed in was very nice, with plenty of space. Our only complaint would be the bed, i like a firm mattress but that thing was hard and we both had a tough time sleeping through the night. Overall we were happy with our stay, it would have just been a better morning if we would have slept better.

The staff there was remarkable and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The pool was clean and so was the gym. Early morning breakfast was also delicious. Can’t say enough about our stay.
