"We loved the location, and it's was fun to visit with the animals. Wish we were able to sample some of the chicken eggs. There is a bit of deferred maintenance, some water damage in the kitchen. Would also have been great if there was a hair dryer available, especially as the weather gets colder. All in all a fun stay at a farm with a great location."

"We were 4 adults visiting the area and couldn’t be more pleased with how convenient the house was to various wineries, historic sites, and downtown C’ville. Jeff was very responsive to any questions and provided a nicely stocked kitchen and fridge. Lots of space to spread out and comfy beds. We would rent again. "

"We gathered for Thanksgiving and the house was perfect. Comfortable beds and bedding and a huge space to all be together. The fire pit and yard games were so much fun. We walked around the beautiful property and went into Charlottesville for the day. Great location would highly recommend. "

"The house and property were beautiful. My husband got to fish a few times in the river. We walked on the property a lot. Communication was great with Glen. He was very quick to respond to problems. There were some hornets outside the house and coming into the house, but it was taken care of right away. Also, due to the cold They weren't a problem The second and third day while we stayed. "I can’t say enough about how perfect our stay was! The owners were extremely communicative and helpful. The house was on a stunning secluded piece of land outside Charlottesville and offered incredible views. The house was very well appointed and they certainly thought of everything. We would absolutely be back again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay Host Scott was very informative and has very clear information. The house is very family friendly. We loved being able to use the fireplace. The hot tub was spectacular my wife usually never likes Hot Tubs but used this one twice. Kids loved the indoor basketball hoops and pac-man . My wife grew up with pac-man so she really loved it. "Everything about the property was planned and built with top quality. It was easy to communicate with Terry who was very friendly. We have never stayed at a property with such access to privacy yet many on-site activities. We loved it. Well worth the drive!"
