"Beautiful property that is very well maintained and clean. Has gorgeous views of the Firth of Clyde and a hot tub for good measure. Hosts were great communicators, although when asked, we were told to take cooking basics (salt, pepper, tea and coffee etc) and cleaning products as they wouldnt be provided. Although these things were all present on arrival. To note, we thought the fridge was quite small for a 10 person holiday home. We couldnt fit a lot of our food and drink in for our 2 night...

The property is very clean, beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, extremely comfortable, beautiful views (over the loch with daily changing vistas, birds, boats, seals), has the little extra amenities that make it special: tea...

"The house was spacious with good facilities and very comfortable. Only 200m from the beach and a walk to the village with shops, cafe. Lovely walks from the house and lots to do. Terrace and garden great."

"This cottage makes a great base for exploring the Argyll forest and the local area. Host kept us informed, lots of info on the local area in the property. Has a lot of character and everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. "

Noise from the road is almost minimal, perhaps if you sit in the front garden but we spent all time in the back garden watching sunrises, ships passing by, listening to bird songs early morning, fishing from the private beach. Location worked well for us, we used our car to get around, nearest supermarket is in Dunoon about 15 minutes drive away. "This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"
