Nous demandons réparation
Nous avons passé notre première nuit chez vous (10 personnes) sans draps du dessus, ce qui a été très désagréable pour chacun de nous. Une de mes filles ainsi que son mari ont eu la gale (hyperkératosique), transmise par un contact prolongé avec une literie ; tout porte à croire que cela vient de cette nuit. Vous nous accusez d’avoir cassé votre robot qui s’est arrêté de lui-même alors qu’il était encore pour 2 heures à travailler dans votre piscine à notre arrivée ; votre jardinier lui-même a qualifié votre robot de « lent » avec une mimique qui disait bien ce qu’il voulait dire par-là. Nous l'avons sorti de l'eau et n'y avons plus touché. Par la suite, nous avons fermé les portes et avons utilisé l'épuisette. De plus, le système électrique de votre installation est pour le moins vétuste. Vous deviez m’appeler : j’attends toujours. Ça fait beaucoup de contrariétés ! Oui, je vous demande réparation. Chaque nuitée nous a couté 400€ et le plaisir de ces vacances a été bien écorné.

Voici nos remarques apres une semaine. - Les moins: -manque une table de ping-pong . -Manoeuvre très difficile du dôme qui couvre la piscine (il faut être 2, synchros et costauds). -Terrasse piscine en béton brut sans dalles (attention aux orteils). -Liner plissé à de nombreux endroits et nettoyage difficile de la piscine. + Les plus: +Facilité d'accès à tous les grands sites du Périgord. +Vue reposante depuis la terrasse. +2 tables d'extérieur avec parasols. + Barbecues . + Intérieur bien agencé. + Au calme (bien que la maison soit mitoyenne des 2 côtés).

Maison tres décevante
Maison non équipée pour 10 personnes, équipement électroménager vétuste et sale voir hors d'usage : Frigo rouillé et pas adéquate pour 10 personnes, plaque de cuisson HS avec fuite de gaz ! Vaisselle sale et inadéquate pour 10 personnes. Salle de bains avec moisissure, état du linge de lit pas propre. Piscine inutilisable car pas de filtration en fonctionnement et qualite de l' eau inacceptable. Salon de jardin très détérioré, 3 transats pour 10 personnes. Aménagement autour de la piscine mediocre : plage non terminée. Etat général de la maison non conforme avec le prix payé. Informations données aux propriétaires sur notre mécontentement. Engagement des propriétaires sur un dédommagement financier non tenu et on attend toujours le geste commercial promis ?? Nous deconseillons cette location.

Très Belle propriété. Une piscine qui heureusement était couverte... Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur délicate attention lors de notre arrivée et tout au long du séjour.
