"The hotel staff was friendly and our room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. The hotel is close to some restaurants, but there is no place to walk nearby the hotel. The breakfast for €8.00 was very basic, no fresh fruit and no eggs but decent coffee. "

Particularly helped with the parking as it’s quite tricky when the small car park is busy. "Perfectly located to stay for an early train departure for CDG. 12 minute easy walk to Centre of Angoulême for large variety of restaurants. The area is not very desirable but it is opposite the train station $ that was the objective. Very clean room but unfortunately no fridge or tea/coffee facility in room."

"The property is a very high end beautifully maintained castle. Our room had a beautiful turret and was beautifully lit. All the accommodations were top notch and the service was excellent I would highly recommend and I plan to return. "

"Stunning castle and grounds, nicely appointed with very traditional furnishings. Well maintained. Grégoire, his wife and family were gracious hosts - we felt most welcome during our week-long stay. We stayed in the old block and small tower, away from the main tower. Some may find the accommodation a bit spooky, we did, but after the first night we found it added to the adventure. The pool was very pleasant, around 27 or 28degrees so perfect temperature. In the immediate surrounding area...

Seul hic le ménage ne semble pas être fait en profondeur entre chaque location et il a été bâclé avant notre arrivée par le prestataire employé par Carrie, nous avons contacté Carrie pour lui signaler et elle a été très réactive à ce problème."
