"Beautiful location and grounds, sadly:Fireplace leaking smoke - smoke everywhere so could not use (experienced users)Water running out of fuse boxBoxed up floor to reach certain rooms - very dangerous in darkExtension cable connected to extension cable to extension cableNo real exclusive use as neighbours and others use courtyard all day. Also staff on location in office.Broken chair in living room, other stuff old (that is okay) but all damaged, not invitingBilliard and football game broken, not usableGenerally in need of some tlc, everything is just damaged (bathrooms, bedrooms, etc).A strange one: vacuum cleaner was taken after day 2, "we never leave it for guests" so could not hoover, but where blamed for dog hairs (Paid Euro 50 for dog cleaning).Total spend Euro 12.284,29 We should have made felt more welcome for this amount of money !!!!"

"Our hosts made us feel very welcomed and accommodated our dropping our bags and roof top luggage before travelling down from Brussels to Bastogne for a day trip before settling in. Pascal was especially helpful in our planning of our few nights in the area, as well as organising food for New Year's Eve celebrations. The cottage was comfortable and I especially enjoyed a few days without my children (35, 18 and 17) not constantly glued to their devices, as this cozy cottage is made for excellent quality time with loved ones. It would have been especially good if it was not the heart of winter, as we weren't able to properly use the outdoors, other than for our puppy to have a run around. If you are looking for an escape, but still want a bit of Wifi access (just in case!), this is the place for you :)"

"Superleuk hotel met uitzicht op de Maas. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum en station. Uitstekend ontbijt, leuk casino, goed restaurant en een spa. Parkeerplaats met opladers. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik hoop snel weer terug te komen. "

"Breakfast option includes a cooked meal. Family hotel room is tall and on the 1st floor. Stairs is steep to the upstairs beds. Toilet is separate from the sink/shower. Mirror at the sink had a built-in LED light. A lot of electrical outlets around the room. Good storage wall with drawers and shelves. Free parking. Right next to the hotel entrances. A/C did not work correctly for our room. The blower for the Air Conditioning and Heater was not strong on high speed. Recommend the hotel install a ceiling fan or offer a standing fan for the room. Free infant crib. "
