-Lower floor has 4 bedrooms with a queen and single bed in each, separate kitchen , den /tv room for kids with couch and queen bed , sauna , work out room

2.5 acres fully fenced with gate.

On well water and septic. Great water

Owner lives in the carriage home on the property.
