Gîte bien situé, agréable avec son petit extérieur. Cuisine très bien équipée. Prévoir de changer literie et canapé qui sont un peu "effondrés".

Galene "Très déçue, j’aurai du porter plus d’attention aux commentaires laissés par les différents occupant. 🙂 J’ai apprécié Le kit de démarrage ainsi que les informations reçues par whatsapp pour accéder au logement 🙁 J’ai été très déçue du logement. A l’entrée un tout petit meuble. On ne peut pas poser d’affaires. La salle de bain dispose d’ une douche trop étroite dans laquelle je ne pouvais pas bouger (je fais 1,68 m pour 68 kg) et difficilement entrer. Pas d’endroit pour poser ma trousse de toilette. Le meuble au dessus des toilettes ne laisse pas de place pour accéder à la chasse d’eau. Dans le salon, un canapé usé et inconfortable. Obligation de traverser la pièce ainsi que la chambre pour accéder aux lumières. Et pour la terrasse, elle donne directement sur la fenêtre des voisins donc je n’y suis pas allé car je ne suis pas là pour me faire observer à travers la fenêtre."

Le canapé est bon a changer difficile de rester assis dessus....et la fonction lit on oublie. Les prises avec les fils qui dépassent de partout qui sont limites pour la sécurité. La terrasse absolument pas entretenue avec un mobilier de jardin vieillissant. Les poêles et casseroles sont bonnes a changer quand on voit leur état. Le grille pain fait sauter les plombs de l appartement ! La propreté générale laisse a desirer nous avons fait le ménage en arrivant surtout dans la douche"

Très déçu de la propreté. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait à notre arrivée. Traces d'urine et fond des wc sale, support papier rouillé. Pas d'eau en arrivant car elle avait été coupée. Canapé pas confortable, on s'enfonce quand on s'assoie. Séchoir à linge cassé. Poussière sur les meubles. Sols pas nettoyés. Pas pu utiliser la terrasse car pas nettoyée, verte et pleine de mousse, paire de chaussures qui trainait sur la terrasse, tapis d'intérieur qui trainaient sur la terrasse en boule. Le mobilier de jardin pas nettoyé pas pu utiliser non plus. Dommage car le logement est bien placé avec une petite cours sympa et une place de parking. Résidence calme.

Galene Nous avons passé de belles vacances à Courseulles-sur-Mer. L'appartement était bien équipé, ce qui est très appréciable. Notre séjour aurait pu être amélioré si le logement avait été trouvé propre et le jardin entretenu ( WC non nettoyés - poils sur le canapé et la literie - jardin non utilisable car herbes hautes). Nous avons du faire un grand nettoyage avant de pouvoir apprécier ce séjour. L'agence est très réactive si vous n'avez pas besoin d'elle. Nous avons signalé le jour de notre arrivée les herbes hautes ainsi qu'un problème sur la cuvette des WC ... Notre séjour d'une semaine s'est achevé sans retour de sa part.

Photo du jardin trompeuse : bcp plus petit et en plus non entretenu et inutilisable. Economies sur le dos des locataires : plafonniers décoratifs dans le séjour et l'entrée sur 7 ampoules 3 fonctionnent !! 60 euros de ménage imposés pour trouver bâtonnet de glace et miettes diverses en ouvrant le canapé !!!! Dommage car la situation est idéale pour la plage.

Galene "Buena ubicación, pero el apartamento es pequeño, no muy limpio y con un avispero en la terraza. 🙂 La ubicación es buena, puedes visitar las playas del desembarco desde allí sin problema. Lejos del centro urbano del pueblo, tardas un buen rato en llegar a bares restaurantes o comercios. 🙁 Por un lado la casa está mal conservada y no muy limpia, lleno de arañas y telarañas. No me gustó nada el baño. La taza del WC no es del tamaño que requiere el sanitario y se mueve haciendo que puedas caer y estar incómodo. La ducha no estaba especialmente limpia y es muy pequeña. El sofá cama es horroroso, no es posible poder dormir en el de la diferencia de durezas que tiene. La terraza ni pudimos utilizarla, ni siquiera que saliera el perro. Hay un avispero del que me avisaron los vecinos, increíble. Tenías que tener el ventanal cerrado por miedo a que entren. La plaza de parking la utilizan otros alojamientos vacacionales cada día que no llegues pronto si bien es cierto que puedes aparcar en la calle fuera sin problema como yo hacía . En definitiva, menos la cocina que estaba muy bien el resto no me gustó."

Joli petit appartement
Appartement entièrement rénové avec goût et très bien équipé. Situé dans une petite résidence calme ( sejour hors vacances scolaires )mais le bâtimentreste sonore de par son bâti. Possibilité de se rendre à la plage à pieds , idem pour aller en centre ville très vivant 7min env.par des petites sentes.tres appréciable.

Nettes Apartment..
Freundlicher unkomplizierter Empfang. Das Appartement liegt an einer guten Ausgangslage. Leider ist die Wohnanlage schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.. das Bett ist etwas klein und leider sehr unbequem. Und die Dusche ist wirklich sehr klein. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der allgemeine Zustand des Appartement ist gut, relativ neu renoviert und eingerichtet.
