We were there from Sydney for a family reunion for 3 nights and had the best stay and the comfort and friendliness was outstanding .would recommend anyone to stay here as it’s so close to Tipperary town . "We made our reservation last minute . The staff were so friendly and helpful they made us feel comfortable and it felt like home. It's a beautiful property it takes you back some years . Dinner was so delicious and once again an at home feeling. The easiest checkin and checkout we've ever experienced. Free parking & WiFi Its a family run business. Would recommend it to anyone 😊"

"Disappointed. Thought it was closer to main street. Hard to find. We couldnt get the tv to work. There was no wifi and we were relying on it as we are travelling around.( staff mentioned that they were switching providers and maybe that was why ) There was no disc to use in coffee/ tea maker so couldn't make a cup of tea. This should be checked before each guest. The staff wete very friendly. The room was new and very nice however the bathroom wasn't heated and was cold which wasn't nice."

"Nice and spacious room with a good size bed. The breakfast was really good and it had many different options! "

"Lovely welcome from real family business. We didn't eat in the evening but the Tapas looks excellent. Breakfast was as your mother would make it. Room was large and comfortable. It is an old Georgian building so don't expect 4* but do expect a lovely stay in this unique Georgian Town with its quirky history and lovely streets. Will be back again soon."

"A very pleasant stay and a good lot of hospitable and helping people in Hotel.I would boldly recommend this place to anyone who wanted to stay at Waterford city center and with a delicious set of items for breakfast."
