"Lovely stay staff very friendly and welcoming. Food in brasserie excellent. As we went as a couple the leisure facilities weren't what we had expected and they were quite crowded with a lot of kids. We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. If you were going with a couple of kids ideal."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In particular, the front desk helper Ashley who helped with finding washers and dryers for our clothes. The room was spotless and the bathroom as well. The bed was awesome, so much that we hated to get out of it. The breakfast was delicious and the other workers were delightful as well. Each one of them treated us very well. I would visit again. "

"A lovely hotel, comfortable and friendly, with spacious rooms. Absolutely beautiful location right on the coast with beautiful views over the coast. Great location for Giants Causeway and Coastal route - we stayed 3 days doing the sights. Rooms and bathroom could do with update but perfectly serviceable. Bar menu a bit limited (restaurant closed when we were there). "

"Staff have always been excellent and attentive. Breakfast is a treat. If bath towels could be provided instead of the medium size towels, that would be an improvement. Also, on this occasion, two thirds of the shower curtain was missing, so it was difficult to keep the floor dry when showering."

"From the moment we walked through that revolving door, we felt cared for. Due to a delayed flight, we were running late for a city tour. The desk staff jumped into action, a gentleman offered to park iur car and then drive us to our tour location. We dumped the luggage, changed our shirts and made it to our tour in time. The restaurant got us in for dinner earlier than our reservation and a good nights sleep followed. The mornings check out when just as well. I just cant say enough about...

"At least the third time we have stayed here, though it must be 7 or 8 year’s since our last visit. Friday afternoon/evening in the reception area very busy with an event that had been rearranged from the previous weekend. Restaurant very busy, but calm and very competent service. Friday evening noise in the corridor where our room was situated, was bordering on the extreme, Saturday evening, the complete opposite. Restaurant food good value and reasonable menu. "This is a fabulous place to stay within walking distance to the centre of Derry where you have lots of choices to dine and the bars are lively. Also lots of culture and local sites to explore. Excellent value for money with a freshly cooked breakfast. Jim is an excellent host we will definitely be staying again "

"We were only there for 1 day but it was so relaxing for the 4 of us in our group, we feel rested and recharged, ready for the week ahead. I had emailed a request to the owners the day before we were due to arrive, the owners reply was prompt and they accomadated our request as much as possible. Thank you for a great stay. "
