"Our stay was great! The owners were very responsive - we only had one towel when we checked in but they got us some more very quickly. They sent over recommendations as well prior to. It was easy to find and the street parking is plenty. We were on the other side of the river of downtown Belfast but was still easy to walk to, about a 20 min walk. Everything was great and the decor added a nice touch. Side note: that the neighborhood has a bunch of food places but are cash only. Not a major...

"A warm cosy home with good utilities. Three double bedrooms, comfy clean beds. X3 bathrooms complete with complimentary shower gel and shampoo but the shower cubicles need some attention and a thorough clean. The blinds on the bedrooms were not sufficient to cover the windows with some slats missing, we were ok as dark winter months but could cause problems in the summer. "We had a fabulous stay at Ashside Cottage. We were welcomed by Richard and Caroline who gave us a tour of the house and filled us in on places of interest in and around the area. "Awesome This house is perfect for a family. Great spaces, super kitchen, family room and three bedrooms. All excellent. The host was so quick on communication, and suggested some great places to eat and suggested to reserve at these places as they are very busy. We did and where not disappointed. This is a dream for hikers as the national park is across the street. It is a gem. Thanks for a great stay!!"

"What a find! This stunning house on the sea front surpassed our expectations. Spacious, spotless and scenic. Michael’s communication with us was spot on and we even had option of early check in and late check out. I would not hesitate to return as the location was also fabulous! Lots of lovely places to eat around and we were very fortunate with the weather for January so could enjoy the beautiful views and the hot tub! Perfect weekend!"

Lovely welcome pack left by the hosts and friendly communication with them too. Location was also brilliant and we walked to local cafes, restaurants and forest parks. It's a short 10 minute walk to Ballyholme Beach which is a great way to start your day with a morning stroll! Sea view Stay

"From the moment we checked in until we checked out everything was excellent. Our room 205 had a wonderful sea view and was spotless. It was very comfortable and I loved the exposed brick wall. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and service was top notch. Special thanks to Sarah, Thomas & Nicola. We will be back 😁"

Excellent getaway

"We spent two wonderful nights at the Clandeboye Hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The decor and very impressive and modern. The food for both breakfast and dinner was of a high quality. It is perfect for a couple of quiet relaxing days. "
