"Mattresses not comfortable at all "

"Given the price point, we found this hotel to be good! Everyone on the staff we interacted with were very friendly, the location is right next to the central train station and the price was very affordable for this location. It could be cleaner and the street outside feels a little rough at night/early morning, but overall we enjoyed this Adagio."

"It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....

"This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. In the end we really appreciated the value of this stay and the quiet location where it was. The room was everything we needed for our weekend adventure, somewhere to relax...

"Beautiful space"

"A well located hotel and all shops, restaurants are close by. A quiet side street and 5 minutes walk to the metro. The room was spacious, well furnished but quite traditional and dark which I suppose is the style for those beautiful buildings. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. A pleasure to meet after a long journey and nothing was too much trouble. "

"Aix-en-provence is a lively and picture-esque city that has a very walkable downtown. The hotel was just the right distance from the touristy area to be quiet but still have great access to everything. The hotel is a little older and could use some new furniture, but is quite clean and in what seemed to be a very safe area. Overall I would say it was a fairly good value."
