Quiet and quiet, private pool, near St Emilion and Dordogne River

The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room a living room, a kitchen, two toilets, a large garden, two terraces and a private pool.
The living room overlooks the pool terrace. TV (internet) is in the living room.
ADSL access, Wifi
The kitchen (with a large fireplace) is fully equipped: 6 gas burners, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, 2 coffee makers (a Nespresso and a filter), various mixers, mixer, toaster, kettle, wok, dishes, pots, pans, oven dishes, etc.
There is a second TV in the kitchen.

Bedroom 1: Large master bedroom with 1 bed of 160cm x 200cm and a child's bed from 2 to 3 years old
An umbrella bed is available for a child under 2 years old.
Bedroom 2: Nice room with 2 beds of 90cm x 190cm

Bedroom 3: "Italian" room with 1 bed of 160cm x 200cm
In each room, there is storage in the dressers of styles or cabinets - wardrobe.

The bathroom: "beach" decor with bath, shower and double sink.
The shower room: with single sink for the master bedroom.
2 toilets, 1 washing machine.
Bathroom towels are provided as well as bed linen and kitchen linen.
The garden is large and pleasant because it is punctuated by themed spaces.
The pool is located on a patio and is surrounded by a large terrace with deckchairs and garden furniture.
An arbor allows you to sit quietly for lunch or dinner.
Barbecue and Plancha are available as well as a herb garden (basil, mint, parsley, coriander, thyme, some tomatoes etc ...).
Outdoor ping-pong table, badminton game and boules are at your disposal.
A lean-to makes it possible to put bicycles or other objects of leisures in the shelter.

This property is even better than the listing and a great place to relax. Plenty of things to do within an hour’s drive for all of the family. The hosts Sissi and Daniel were excellent - very helpful and very friendly. Strongly recommend this property.

There are no words to explain how grateful we are to Sissi and Daniel for allowing us to stay in their property and for the generosity and kindness they showed us. The property itself was beyond our expectations. It was immaculately clean throughout and exceptionally well equipped. This property is obviously a passion project for the owners, our new friends. It is full of their own beautiful artwork and hand built furniture - everything in this property has been curated with love and enthusiasm. The area is tranquil and peaceful, you'll have to drive a few minutes to any of the nearby villages Gensac, Pessac or Pellegrue to find people and shops. There are also some lovely restaurants and endless wineries convenient to the property.

Sissi and Daniel have a beautiful home and Garden and make you feel very welcome. The pictures do not do the gardens or accommodation justice. The week we went was very hot , but the house stayed nice and cool and the swimming pool was a perfect size for my children (9 and 6) to enjoy.

Wonderful place
This is an absolutely wonderful property. We spent two very relaxing weeks here and were well looked after by Sissi and Daniel. The house is beautiful and extremely well-equipped. Everything we needed was there... and more! The pool area is fabulous with many umbrellas and excellent sun loungers. Surrounding the property, there are huge gardens which were very well looked after. We really enjoyed breakfast on the front patio. A wonderful place to stay - we would love to come back! Thank you Sissi and Daniel.

Amazing, beautiful, peaceful, comfortable, perfect.
This is a lovely place to stay. The house benefits greatly from being the owners residence during the winter, it's not just a holiday let that may have the odd thing out of place. It is a beautiful property, which has everything you need to make it a very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen is really well kitted out, the bedrooms are great, beds are comfy, bathrooms are brilliant, there is seemingly endless hot water and the house is superbly decorated and maintained. It's also cool - we were there at the end of the 2019 heatwave and temperatures were high, but the house was perfectly comfortable inside. Then there are the outdoor spaces! The pictures on the website really don't do the place justice. There are large well tended gardens, the walled courtyard with the pool is very secluded and private and there is a covered seated area with BBQs. There is a further patio at the front of the house, which is perfect for a cool morning coffee. Daniel was there every couple of days (very early in the morning) to keep the pool nice and clean and we were surprised by the occasional pastry left for us - a lovely touch. Sissi dropped us a note now and then to make sure everything was OK. They couldn't have been nicer hosts. Attentive but unobtrusive. Coubeyrac itself is a small hamlet, very quiet. It truly is the perfect place for a peaceful holiday. We'll be back.

We really loved our stay in Coubeyrac! The house was as described and the grounds were amazing! Nice having the pool and all amenities needed . Sissi and Daniel were great hosts! Highly recommended!

Amazing Property - Must See!
This property is stunningly beautiful, the photos don't do it justice. My partner and I chose the location to have a small elopement ceremony with our family because of the garden. It was above and beyond our expectations when arriving and seeing it in person. Sissi is an amazing host. We were greeted with wine and fresh brioche. She also helped set up a winery tour and tasting at a nearby property that was a definite highlight. Everything you need is on the property and it's quite remote, but there is a tiny town about a 5 min drive away (Gensac) that has a few restaurants and a small grocery store. Just keep in mind they're not always open so plan ahead for meals! St. Emilion and Bergerac are just 30 mins away and well worth a day trip. The Dordogne River is close as well and very beautiful. This is a perfect location for families and offers a lot of relaxation. Everything you need is on site. We highly recommend it!

Peaceful tranquil retreat
Le Chat en Bleue is located in a beautiful rural village , quiet and relaxing . The house is very French , spacious, and filled with paintings and objects to look at . The grounds are well maintained with lots of areas to sit . We were only here for a weekend to attend a wedding , but didn't want to leave. We hope to come back for a proper holiday next year, we recommend coming here if you want to escape a busy life and recharge your batteries .

Perfect Bordeaux country property
Had a fantastic week in this superbly appointed and maintained house. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Gorgeous swimming pool in private courtyard. No noise and in middle of vineyards. Cannot recommend highly enough. Sissi is the perfect hostess and a lovely person. Enjoy !

BEYOND ALL EXPECTATIONS
This amazing location is both cozy and palatial. It is the one place we have stayed, that we are certain to return. Impeccably decorated by artists Sissi & Daniel who were so gracious and thoughtful. As if welcome bottles of wine, fresh lemons and herbs were not enough, we were surprised a few mornings with fresh croissants. She even set-up a small airplane ride over the vineyards and nearby castles. The local wineries and restaurants were amazing. The bedding was so comfortable and although the outside temperature reached 90 our last day, the stone building remained incredibly cool. Anyone would be super fortunate to experience this special property.

We had a beautiful and quiet stay that invites you to relax in nature. The house is designed with attention to detail and the pool invites at any time to cool off. We could experience a lot despite the distance to the next city. We thank Sissi an Daniel for this great time.

Belle semaine à Coubeyrac
Très bon séjour à Coubeyrac dans une maison de caractère où tout a été préparé avec soin pour nous permettre de passer une bonne semaine de vacances. Maison très agréable et pleine de charme avec des équipements complets à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour s'y reposer au bord de la piscine. Bon emplacement pour découvrir la région, à la croisée de la Gironde, de la Dordogne et du Lot et Garonne. Un grand merci à Sissi pour son accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Parfait !
Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans une propriété magnifique. La maison est très très bien équipée et un mot particulier pour l ensemble des jeux à disposition pour les enfants et pour les plus grands ! Très bon accueil également avec de bons conseils pour les visites. Bon à savoir: l environnement est très calme ce qui présente de nombreux avantages (!) mais aussi un inconvénient du fait de la distance pour les visites Merci !!

Dès notre arrivée on s’est senti instantanément en vacances. La maison est très agréable, très spéciale. Elle a été décorée avec talent par les propriétaires. Tous deux artistes et artisans. Ils ont tout fait pour nous accueillir et que nous nous sentions bien, avec bcp de gentillesse. Le parc est somptueux et luxuriant. Il dégage une ambiance apaisante avec sa petite fontaine. Bref, une semaine merveilleuse et ressourçante.
