We went to Cottonwood for a home base. It was nice and quiet with great views from the living room and deck. We went to Sedona a few times and some other close by sites of interest. Never going there before, we were happy with our pick!

Great neighborhood and location, fantastic views, home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend! Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything we needed, BBQ was great for steak night at the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Loved this house in Cottonwood. Really enjoyed how close we were to Sedona without having to stay in the craziness. As a plus we also enjoyed touristy things that Cottonwood had to offer. House was clean, well-stocked, comfortable and has an awesome back deck with views of the red rocks of Sedona. Beautiful.

Cottonwood Treasure
From the breathtaking view off of the patio, to the cleanliness of this home away from home, it is truly a Cottonwood Treasure! The little touches like a soft, dark makeup cloth to the toiletries provided were well appreciated. Also of mention is the fact that you have a garage to house your vehicle while staying. Be sure to check out all of dining and shops in Old Cottonwood. That was such a hidden gem and just a short drive. Convenient drive to Sedona, Flagstaff, and Grand Canyon. We LOVED this house/home and we'll be back if visiting Arizona again.

The property itself was beautiful, with amazing views. It was cool experiencing some of the simple yet nice touches, such as board games in the closet, a pre-set dinner table, and a guide for local things to do. Typically we set our bar low when going to a rental property, knowing not everything will be perfect; in this case, we had an extraordinary time. Anything that we would change is just minor feedback. Since it was a new property, it would be recommended to remove all the stickers on the appliances/dishware. Nothing that made it a negative experience by all means :) Will definitely be back!!! Both Daniel and Brittany went above and beyond and were not only friendly but were able to answer questions efficiently. The experience with the foothills team is part of why we enjoyed our time. We absolutely will only book direct for any of our visits in your area and forgoe Airbnb / VRBO :)
