Beautiful Cottonwood Weekend
Nice clean property! Close to old town and convenient to everything. Quiet cottage. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will consider staying here again (if it's available)

Great little casita
Spotlessly clean with a very well appointed kitchen and lovely bathroom/ laundry area. Great location near all the restaurants and shops. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Great stay!

Excellent stay!
This was the perfect home for our stay in Cottonwood. The home was clean, cozy, comfortable and conveniently located. We walked to old town Cottonwood and had a short drive to the Verde Canyon Railroad. Checking in was a breeze. An unexpected and delightful surprise were the fresh breakfast pastries in the kitchen for us upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!
We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The place was charming and cozy, and was conveniently located right on the strip filled with lots of great food and drink options. We did not spend much time on the patio but the option to hang out there with some privacy is very nice. Overall the cleanliness and accommodations were as advertised.

Friends trip
A friend and I stayed for the weekend and found the property even better than expected. The location is superb. Walking to old town is amazing, so you don’t have to worry about parking. The unit itself is appointed perfectly with a Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, filtered water, etc. The patio is perfect for mornings coffees and evening drinks. We were here for the half marathon and it was perfect.

My fiancee, now wife, and I got married on the Verde Canyon Railroad and Pomegranate Place was the perfect spot for our romantic mini honeymoon. The cottage is charming and we'd delightedly stay again.

What a wonderful little property. Right downtown old cottonwood. We would leave for the day to hike and explorer and come back "home" and walk to dinner every night. Thank you for everything, was just the perfect place for us!

Close to all the action in Cottonwood
Accommodations were located very close to the downtown of Cottonwood. Cute 2 bedroom and 1 bath in Excellent condition. All appliances were new as well as the furniture. Would stay again. It was great that they were dog friendly and had room for the dog to play catch in the back.

Great Cottonwood in-town location, clean, and modern
The location is within walking distance of Cottonwood's old downtown with restaurants, etc., and half an hour from the maddening traffic of Sedona. The place is a stand-alone behind a main house, and thus quiet. It was clean, well-appointed and spacious. There were some wifi problems but the manager promised to fix this.

Great Location
We came to Cottonwood for a family wedding and needed to bring our little dogs. We were very happy with the privacy and ease we had with our dogs. To date this is the best place we have stayed with our dogs. The location was so convenient to the shops and restaurants in Old Town Cottonwood. We would love to come back in the future to explore more. Thank you.

Our Week in Cottonwood
Thought we’d try Cottonwood and found this lovely snug bungalow. While we were on Main Street in the historic area it was quiet and private. Hosts in house in front but our area was for us. We had our dog with us and she did well there too. We walked to dinner several times and the hiking opportunities at the state park were amazing. Turned to be an ideal time of year for us seemed warm compared to our Idaho home. Hoping we can go back sometime.

Awesome Cottonwood Find
This awesome house is so well appointed with beautiful kitchen tools, dishes, fluffy bath towels - all you need. We loved the house and its closeness to old town Cottonwood. We walked everywhere. The casita was so cozy we felt like we were home. Our hosts were very responsive to questions we had. Really comfortable stay. We would return.

Coziness and convenience in poor weather
The house is a well designed space with every amenity we could have wanted. The yard was great for our dog and the owners very helpful. The distance from the traffic and hustle/bustle of Sedona was perfect and the local restaurants and wineries were great. Couldn't have asked for more, except a bit more sunshine. There was a major snow and rainstorm while we were there but we were safe, warm and able to get out as much as we wanted.

Sedona Bucket List Hiking
I stayed here alone with my 2 dogs and not recommend this accommodation and location highly enough if your traveling with dogs and looking to relax and chill out after a days hiking/ sight seeing in Sedona. Just a 30 minute drive to most Sedona trails Old Town Cotton Wood is amazing and just a short walk from this property. The pictures do not do it justice.

Cozy Stay in Poor weather
Unfortunately there was a major winter storm with snow and rain while we were there. We were safe and warm with wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The house is cleverly designed and thoughtfully equipped. The yard was perfect for our dog, the owner was helpful and we were happy to be in such an appealing place. Every amenity was provided, including an umbrella. It was a quick trip to Sedona when we wanted to get out and the wineries, archeological and historical features we could visit were interesting. We are in our 70's so we wouldn't have hiked or biked far but the possibilities are endless for those so inclined. All in all we highly recommend this comfortable and safe place to anyone who wants access to the area.

Awesome Little Cottage
We loved our stay at the Old Town Cottonwood Cottage. Cottage is cute and cozy, everything you need. It is located right in the downtown area, so super easy to walk to all the shops, bars, and restaurants. Nice having a washer and dryer, we were able to do laundry before we went back home. The weather was beautiful and sitting on the little porch in the rocking chairs was nice in the morning with cup of coffee, very relaxing. We brought our two small dogs with us, and the back yard area was an easy spot for them to go to the bathroom. The cottage is two bedrooms and 1 bath, perfect size for 2, possibly a 3rd, but not sure we would be so comfortable with another couple (we like our space though). The ONLY thing we didn't like was the bed (larger bed). It is a hard bed and we slept horribly all 3 nights but everything else was perfect. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Great Place To Stay!
This home is located close to Old Town but secluded enough that is quiet and peaceful. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The owners were helpful with directions and access. Will definitely book again and highly recommend!
