Wonderful View!
We had another great stay at The Fish House! We enjoyed evening dinner on the back porch and morning coffee with the best view of the White River. We had everything we needed! We will visit again, for sure.

Best of the best places to stay in Cotter Arkansas
The house is roomy, very clean, has everything you need for your stay. You have a beautiful river view from most of the house. The river is at your fingertips. The outside deck views are breathtaking and perfect place for entertaining. Highly recommend this home for your next get away. I will be returning. Thank you to the host, very attentive and available.

Great location but not large enough for 10 guys
Great location and layout but i would not recommend it for groups larger than 6 adults. There are 2 bedrooms that show 2 beds in each which is technically accurate but the rooms are extremely small especially when trying to use the beds. The other limitations are the 2 pullout couches in the basement cannot both be used at the same time as the room is not large enough for that. All of the indoor and outdoor spaces are great and we enjoyed our stay but it is not one i would select for large groups of adults.

Family retreat
We loved staying at your house, it is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The river views are just breathtaking. We loved sitting in the front room, drinking our coffee and watching the fishermen and the planes. Great outdoor space, other than the deck being remodeled but that was no issue for us. Great river access with the dock, but the bank access was great as well.we really enjoyed our stay and we will return. Thank you for a great retreat with our family.

Beautiful place
Great place, was under construction, contractors working about a couple days. Dock, river access, patio space was all limited due to construction. Would have liked to receive some communication from Evolve or VRBO - very expensive place to share with contractors and deal with limited access. Great neighbors but the parking is a bit of an issue as well - especially with construction equipment on site. All this said, we would go back once construction is wrapped up.

This beautiful home is in the perfect location, right on the river. It has great river access and wonderful views from most of the home. The house is beautiful, clean and fantastic views of the river through out the home. Very well stocked, we were able to stay in and cook our meals and had everything we needed. Brandee is quick to respond to any questions, needs or concerns. Always very prompt. The fishing was great. They were in the process of redoing the river bank and it looks great and will give even better river access once complete. We will definitely come back next year.

The house is beautiful and well stocked. We really enjoyed the views of the river from the home and the easy access to the river—it is literally in your backyard. The outdoor area is great for gathering with family and friends, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings.The manager was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to our questions.Highly recommend and we will be coming back.

Chose this for a family getaway to fly fish. Everyone loved it. A ton of space and beds. Different living areas were nice. Huge dining table where we could all get together. Great river access and easy to get to. Overall wonderful experience.

Great Location on the White River
The Fish House is in a great location, has beautiful views of the River, and is very spacious with multiple locations to view the River. The grounds are clean and attractive. The community airplane landing strip provides additional entertainment for watching planes arrive and exit. Area fishing guides are available but advance reservations are certainly recommended. My wife and I fished with a guide for three days and caught 135 fish , including a 23” brown trout. We are planning a return trip for next year.

Family reunion
The house is beautiful and very clean and modern. The house has every amenity you would need. You have the most beautiful view of the river from most of the house. You can just sit and watch the fisherman from the comfort of your couch. The fog is beautiful early in the morning. The access to the river is just a few steps away, easy access for guides to pick up and drop off at the private dock. The fishing is excellent and worth coming year after year. If you needed anything you get a quick response from Brandee, she was very prompt and very helpful. That makes a difference when you are not from the area. We will be coming back. Highly recommend.

perfect River get away!
Perfect house with great views and access to the river. The house had plenty of sitting areas and windows in every room with views of the river. There is also multiple outdoor sitting areas. The location is right by the airport so you can see planes flying in and out (it was never loud). Highly recommend!

Perfect Home for our annual friends fishing trip
We had a great stay at this home. The location was perfect and the runway close by was a hit with everyone. We were able to have ample room for the kids to play and the adults enjoyed the decks and outdoor fire pit. The home was just as listed and not too far from Walmart. We would stay here again.

Great location. Updated House.
The house has a totally updated & fresh exterior. Great parking and driveway. Easy access in and out. Linens were fresh. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, coffee makers, etc. Porches & fire-pit were awesome. Boat dock was great for us chartering boats & fishing. It worked well for our group of 10. Downstairs fridge was very helpful . Make note that downstairs does not have air conditioning (we may have missed that in the notes). We were mostly comfortable with the fans, but it was August in the South. So it wasn't as cool as our great AC upstairs. Overall. A lovely property in a prime location. We'd rent again and recommend for sure!

One of the best!
We’ve stayed in a lot of rental properties over the years and hands down this was one of the best! Great linens picture perfect views right over the river and a very well stocked kitchen. Contact person was very helpful too. We will stay here again.

Peace on the river
Nothing better than to sit on the deck and hear the sounds of the river and the eagles. Awesome location on the White River. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and a very well stocked kitchen. Master bed is super comfortable, and the huge dining table creates a space for conversation while staring out at the river and forgetting city life. Minutes from town, great burgers and sandwiches a From the Gassville Freeze King, and free airshow entertainment any day of the week watching the private pilots do touch ‘n’ go’s outside your front door. The recent renovations have really upped the game for this awesome White River home.
