Wirklich sehr sehr gut
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles ist da. Der Vermieter ist nett und alles hat gepasst. Das Haus steht auf dem Grundstück mit zwei weiteren Ferienhäusern und dem haus des Vermieters, aber für sich. Das wirklich herausragende ist der Blick auf das Meer und die Ruhe. Das haben wir einfach nur genossen. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind beeindruckend, wenn auch immer mind 25 min entfernt. Es dauert auf Korsika eben alles ein wenig länger mit dem Auto. Bis in die Berge ist es wirklich weit. Bonifacio dauert 2 h und Ajaccio 1h. Kleiner Laden im nächsten Dorf, den großen Einkauf muss man wirklich planen und länger fahren (1h). Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Abends ausgehen ... eher schwierig. Aber das muss man bei dem Haus, der Terrasse, dem wirklich schönen Garten und vor allem dem Meerblick auch nicht.

Très bel emplacement
Belle villa, fonctionnelle et bien équipée, correspondant bien à la description. La terrasse est superbe, face à la mer, idéale pour prendre tous ses repas en été et l'emplacement très calme, à l'écart de la route. Hôte très sympathique et disponible.

Un petit coin de paradis
Le gite est très agréable. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable et on s'y sent formidablement bien. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillant, veillant à ce que tout se passe bien pour leurs locataires.

Schönes Haus in der Nähe von tollen Stränden
Sehr sauberes und schönes Haus mit freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Vermieter und einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt mehrere, schöne Strände in einer Entfernung von zw. 30 min. - 1 St. Autofahrt. Einziges Manko: keine Klimaanlage und die Wegbeschreibung könnte etwas genauer sein.

Wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer, sehr netter Empfang durch den Besitzer, der unterhalb wohnt. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Auf der Parzelle sind noch 2 weitere Ferienhäuschen, man ist aber für sich. Guter Mini-Supermarkt mit allem was man so braucht ist 2,5 km entfernt, dort ist auch ein Restaurant. Autofahren auf den sehr kurvigen Straßen mit max. 40 km/h - man braucht länger als gewohnt überall hin. Sehr schöne und nicht so volle Strände in 5-15 km Entfernung (der nächste Strand ist nicht ganz einfach zu erreichen mit normalem PKW, steile ungeteerte Straße).

Séjour parfait
La maison est nickel et bien décorée. La taille est parfaite pour 4 personnes. La terrasse est très grande et la vue sur la mer incroyable. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible. Coti chiavari est une commune très préservée et on y trouve de très bons restaurants corses avec des vues magnifiques sur ma mer au centre du village. Les plages aux alentours sont très belles (notamment cupabia et mare e sol) et il y a plusieurs balades faciles à faire dans le secteur. Nous avons passé des vacances parfaites et très reposantes!

Pas un bruit, c’est comme ça que l’on pourrait décrire le lieu. Quel bonheur de ne rien entendre, le calme, la nature et cette belle vue depuis la terrasse. Certes les petites routes de Corses sont sinueuses mais ça en vaut la peine. Le logement était très propre et tout le nécessaire était présent. Un jardin très arboré avec un petit toboggan pour nos enfants, ils ont adorés! De nombreuses plages étaient accessibles à une vingtaines de minutes. Concernant notre hôte, rien à dire, il a vraiment été serviable, disponible et agréable, merci encore à vous Didier. A une prochaine fois peut être.

Séjour d'une semaine fin mai début juin 2018
Magnifique vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse couverte de la maison. Concernant l'habitation elle-même, quelques anomalies : non fonctionnement de la Wifi pendant toute la semaine, remontées de résine sur le banc de la table extérieure ce qui a entraîné des taches sur un pantalon, la hotte aspirante de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, problèmes d'évacuation au niveau des toilettes sur la fin du séjour. A notre arrivée, pas un seul rouleau de papier toilette. Heureusement que les courses étaient faites. Je conseille aux locataires de bien faire un état des lieux en arrivant car le contrôle effectué par le propriétaire à la fin du séjour est assez poussé. Tout ceci n'a pas eu de conséquence dans la mesure où notre séjour s'est bien passé et le beau temps était au rendez-vous.

Tolle Aussicht
Nochmal vielen Dank an Didi und Familie. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Haus liegt etwas höher und damit "Abseits" der anderen Objekte. "Negatives": Ährlicher Weise müssen wir jetzt nach Negativaspekten suchen. Alles was folgt hat uns persönlich nicht gestört. Keine "normalen" Frühstücksmesser, kein Korkenzieher vorhanden. Kochutensilien und Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern. Badewanne hat keinen Duschvorhang. Matratzen sind dünn und damit fest bis hart. An - und Einfahrt zum Haus mit Vorsicht !!! Bei der Tordurchfahrt gibt es eine Bodenwelle. Kotflügel kann aufsetzten. Neutrales: Sauberkeit ist Ansichtssache. Wir haben uns diesbezüglich einen Moment Zeit genommen, dann war alles ok. Positives: Alles Andere !!! Ruhe. Stille. Tolle Aussicht. Große Terrasse. Großes Gelände. Kein Massenbetrieb. Waren Zeitweise alleine (Ende Mai bis Ende Juni). Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Ansonsten siehe oben. Alles im und ums Haus ist funktionstüchtig. Didi und Familien sind von Freitag bis Sonntag anwesend und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Ansonsten kann man sich total Abschotten und die Zeit geniessen. Fazit: €400,- pro Woche (Ende Mai bis Ende Juni) ist ein faires Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Wir hatten lange gesucht, wurden nicht enttäuscht und sagen: Empfehlenswert !!! Une vue splendide
l' endroit idéal pour se ressourcer au milieu d'une nature sauvage face à une baie magnifique. La terrasse spacieuse et couverte permet de prendre repas et petits déjeuners en contemplant la mer (une vraie pièce de vie supplémentaire !). l'intérieur est fonctionnel et très propre, la literie confortable, ce qui n'est pas si fréquent ! Le propriétaire des lieux s'est montré très accueillant et très disponible quand nous l'avons sollicité. En résumé, un lieux superbe, loin de la foule, au calme avec en prime la très belle plage de Cupabia à 15 mn en voiture. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus...

Excellente vacance a I Scogli Bianchi
Une maison confortable, une vue magnifique du matin au soir, un propriétaire soucieux du confort de ces hôtes que demander de plus! Le printemps le jardin est fleuri. Des belles plages à proximités, ont les enfants ont pu faire trempette, et de belle promenade sous les conseils du propriétaire des lieux ont largement agrémenté notre séjour. C'est sûr on reviendra!

Très belle location pour ceux qui n'aiment pas le monde, on est loin de tout mais la vue est superbe, le calme est garanti! Trois très belles plages dans les environs et une supérette bien pratique à 2 km. Propriétaire très sympathique et très agréable, location très bien entretenue.

Agréable séjour dans un coin de Corse authentique.
Nous avons passé avec nos 4 enfants deux semaines extras dans cette maison. Le quartier est très calme et la vue mer est magnifique. Quel plaisir de prendre son petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse en regardant la mer... La maison est jolie et fonctionnelle, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise "comme à la maison". Le propriétaire est sympathique et disponible pour tout renseignement nécessaire. Je recommande vivement cette location !
