Spacy villa with seaview

Spacy villa with spectacular sea view on gulf of Ajaccio, Close to the beach. Beautiful pool, nice garden. All rooms with bathroom, kitchen fully equipped. Well maintained. Small supermarket around the corner,big supermarket at 30 min. Quiet village and Beach.

Villa idéale pour des vacances en famille dans un endroit avec vue paradisiaque

Une semaine de vacances de rêve en famille du 19 au 26 octobre 2019 dans une villa très bien conçue, facile à vivre, d'une propreté remarquable et très bien équipée. Une grande piscine qui fait la joie des petits et des grands. Un accueil très chaleureux, avec les conseils de la propriétaire et de son ami sur les lieux à visiter absolument. Une plage de sable fin à proximité immédiate de la villa. Pour les adeptes de la marche, des randonnées à travers le maquis, les bois , découverte de tours Génoises etc. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location. Merci à Madame Barbe et à son ami Raphaël. Mr et Mme Martin

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette superbe villa avec vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio et les Iles Sanguinaires. la villa est calme, fonctionnelle, les chambres avec salle de bain privée sont Top, le couché du soleil tout simplement E P O U S T O U F L A N T !!!!! un Rêve ! a deux pas de la villa se trouve un épicier super sympa avec des baguettes croustillantes ! Un Régal ! Merci Michèle Barbé pour votre accueil chaleureux et grâce à vos conseils, nous avons pu visiter des endroits magnifiques et gouter à d'excellents plats régionaux. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit !

Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Ausblick, aber.......

Wir, 2 Ehepaare verbrachten hier unseren Urlaub im September 2018. Am Ankunftstag wollten wir unsere Zimmer beziehen, welche bereits für uns mit bezogenen Betten vorbereitet waren. Wir erlebten die erste unerfreuliche Überraschung als wir in die dazu gehörenden Badezimmer gingen .Am Fenster befanden sich neben Spinnweben auch viele lebende Spinnen, in der Badewanne waren etliche tote Kriechtiere und auch ein kleiner Zoo lebender Tiere. Es machte den Eindruck, dass dort keine Reinigung stattgefunden hat. In dem zweiten Bad waren die Fugen in der Dusche mit schwarzem Schimmelpilz übersät. Wir bezogen insofern ein anderes Zimmer, welches ebenfalls zunächst von mehreren " Haustieren" befreit werden musste . Auch der Wohn / Küchenbereich war bedingt durch die hohe Decke ein idealer Lebensraum für Kleintiere. Die nächste böse Überraschung kam am nächsten Tag. Der Grillrost des Gartengrills war vollkommen verdreckt und mit Grillrückständen der Vormieter belastet. Der Gipfel allerdings war, dass einige Tage vor unserer Abfahrt im WC durch eine Revisionsklappe in der Decke eine lebende Ratte heruntergefallen war, die sich auf dem Dachboden aufgehalten hat. Dieser Schädling hatte seine Exkremente im Raum verteilt und wurde erst am Folgetag , nachdem wir der Vermieterin dies geschildert hatten , eingefangen. Die Vermieterin verharmloste die Situation , indem sie belustigend fragte, was denn " das Mäuschen" mache. Wir zeigte ihr entsprechende Fotos der Ratte. Wir versuchten im Guten der Vermieterin unsere Beanstandungen mitzuteilen und erwarteten spätestens bei Abreise ein Entgegenkommen. Hierzu war sie in keiner Weise bereit und meinte, dadurch, dass die Ratte am nächstenTag beseitigt wurde, wäre sie der Pflicht nachgekommen. Die Villa hat darüber hinaus eine sehr schöne Lage und eine tollen Infinity - Pool, dafür bekommt sie einen Stern. Eine Weiterempfehlung unsererseits können wir leider nicht aussprechen.

Perfect holiday home

We (2 adults 4 children) had a percet holiday here. The house is beautiful and perfect designed for recreation - Comfortable, tasteful, spacious and airy. The terrace is big and well shaded. You have the stunning view on the gulf of Ajaccio from sitting room, terrace, pool an most of the bedrooms (even better than the fotos). Its an excellent location to discover the west coast but most of the days our children refused to leave house and pool. A little shop is just a few paces away, just like the small but beautiful beach with sand, rocks and blue sea. The host is friendly and helpful. From us: A full recommendation

Superbe séjour

Très belle villa, très fonctionnelle. Un séjour baigné de lumière. Cuisine très bien équipée avec un coin barbecue à l'exterieur. Les chambres sont spacieuses et chacune a sa propre salle de bain, tellement agréable lorsque l'on est nombreux! Le must est tout de même la vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio depuis la terrasse avec sa piscine à débordement : époustouflante! On ne s'en lasse pas... La plage est à 3 minutes à pied. Propriétaire accueillante et disponible. A recommander sans hésitation.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage/unverschämte Vermieterin

Das Ferienhaus hat ein sehr schöne Lage mit Blick über die Bucht von Ajaccio mit Strand in fussläufiger Entfernung, das Haus selbst hat uns mit 9 Personen und 1 Kleinkind ausreichend Platz geboten, vor allem das Wohnzimmer mit Küche ist sehr geräumig und bietet sehr viel Licht und schöne Ausblicke auf die Bucht. Nächstgelegene Supermärkte und Bäcker sind leider nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen (ca 10 min). Nun zum ausgesprochenen Kritikpunkt: Bereits bei Ankunft wurden wir von der Vermieterin äußerst unfreundlich empfangen und äußerst bestimmt "von oben herab" auf einzuhaltene Regeln hingewiesen. Bei Abreise wurden dann eine noch laufende Spülmaschine moniert und pedantisch auf eine strikt einzuhaltende Übergabezeit (die Vermieterin erschien 20 min vor dem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt !) hingewiesen, zu allem Überfluss berechnete sie dann einen unverschämt hohen (zweistelligen) Betrag für die noch zu leerende Spülmaschine zusätzlich zur bereits gezahlten Endreinigung plus ein erheblicher Extrabetrag für Bettwäsche, für unser Verständnis unverschämt und reine Abzocke!

nous etions 9 en moto pour un sejour d une semaine, accueil tres chalereux de la part de michele et la villa whaouu parfaite, vues epoustouflantes, jardin et piscine bbq au top, les chambres spacieuses lumineuses avec salle de bain privative parfaites, salon cuisine ouverte avec des vues magnifiques, plage a 300m, endroit tranquille , le portail electrique serai un plus quand on arrrive en moto michele une amoureuse de la corse vous donnes d excelent conseils pour les visites, les restos, ou acheter des bons produits corsea, recomandable a 200% pour des vacances reussis.

Superbe!

Unser Traumhaus am Meer ! Ein großzügiges Haus für viele Gäste, in dem wir uns auch zu zweit sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einrichtung heiter ferial mit Eleganz, der kleine feine Garten ist absolut privat und von nirgendwo einsehbar, das Pool gepflegt lädt zum Endlosplantschen oder richtig Schwimmen ein. Die Vermieterin wie man sie sich wünscht: herzlich beim Empfang, hilfreich wenns Fragen gibt zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und Haus; sonst diskret und zurückhaltend. Wir kommen wieder!

Superbe !

La vue sur la mer est fantastique, et la piscine très belle. Les photos reflètent la réalité : la maison est sans vis-à-vis, au calme, bien qu'à distance à pied de la plage et la route. Elle est confortable, spacieuse et lumineuse, est décorée joliment et bien entretenue. Elle offre 2 terrasses spacieuses et dispose d'un petit jardin (avec un oranger !) avec l'espace pour garer 3 voitures. La cuisine est bien équipée, tout était propre, rien ne nous a manqué. Les douches dans chaque chambre sont un vrai confort lorsqu'on est si nombreux ! Confortable aussi la buanderie avec un grand placard de rangement, un lave-linge et un surgélateur. Cette villa a contribué à nos vacances rêvées en Corse et nous espérons y revenir ! Bravo Madame Barbé !

Excellent séjour. Les photos nous avaient fait rêver, la réalité est magique : la vue, l'aménagement du jardin et la déco sont superbes. Tout simplement parfait!

Tout simplement parfait. L'agencement de la maison, le confort, la vue sur la mer à couper le souffle, tout était parfait. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la prévenance de la propriétaire qui a veillée a nous donner un maximum d'informations et de conseils pour notre séjour. Les environs présentes également beaucoup de possibilités, de découvertes plages et promenades et tout les sports nautiques. Nous avons passé un super séjour et y retournerons volontiers.

Traumhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben nun schon zum zweiten mal wunderschöne Ferien bei Mme Barbé verbracht. Ein tolles Haus, perfekt für bis zu 10 Personen mit schönen Doppelzimmern mit eigenem Bad, alle mit direktem Zugang zum schönen Garten und dem gepflegten Pool. Soleil couchant époustouflant !!

Quelle semaine reposante ! Se lever tout les matins et avoir cette vue à couper le souffle ! Sans parler des repas en terrasse le soir, admirant le couché du soleil..... La maison est très agréable, très bien agencé : toutes les pièces donnent sur l'extérieur (piscine a débordement et vue baie Ajaccio et Îles Sanguinaires), les douches ds chacunes des chambres.... A 10 min en voiture la plage d'Argent: féerique.Sans oublier la plage en bas de la maison qui a tout son charme. La propriétaire est disponible, très bonne conseillère et à la fois discrète. Nous avons passé une semaine en famille vraiment superbes! Mais quelle vue vous offre cette maison ! Pas besoin de partir à l'autre bout du monde.... Chez Mme Barbé dépaysement garantie !!!! On espère revenir au plus vite !
