"This apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The location is amazing - the walk to the harbor is only about 15 minutes, I walked it multiple times a day. "We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

"A great, very bright and open flat on the top floor with beautiful views and a sunny terrace. Plenty of wonderful restaurants within a few steps of the building and a sandy Beach right out front. The local trolley runs by throughout the day, giving you a quick ride around the port or into the town of Soller. This was a great spot for my family of four and we would definitely return! The host were responsive and kind to any requests we had. The place was even nicer than in the photos."

Apartment (as good as a bungalow but there was another apartment above this one) was on a small residential block with a small pool. "We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma. Great communication with the host, we would definitely recommend staying at Can Rubi. "

"The flat was super great- incredible views, peaceful location, small but felt spacious and easy to check in. Had most things you need in kitchen and house, washing machine, washing up liquid, plates etc available, although you do need to bri bf your own loo roll and oil, salt and pepper , shampoo and tea etc . "Este alojamiento es insuperable, y lo digo literalmente. Viajo mucho y he estado en muchísimos alojamientos y este supera a todos de lejos. Todo estuvo perfecto. La terraza y la vista que tiene es magnífica e increíble. La localización es excelente y el apartamento esta hecho con muy buen gusto y tiene todo lo necesario. La atención de Maria fue excelente. El único problemita que tiene , es que no tiene ascensor y es un cuarto piso. Pero el apartamento bien vale la pena subir los 4 pisos a pie....

The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less.
