The private house is in the coveted Eastside area of Costa Mesa.
Our VACATION RENTAL is close to Disneyland and 2 miles to the beach. A 1/2 mile walk to the walking trails of Newport Back Bay. We are 1.5 miles from John Wayne airport.
An ideal base to explore the Orange County area. It has everything you need for your trip. It is equipped with a washer, a dryer, and Wi-Fi. During your stay, you have the convenience of a private fenced yard, with a patio and BBQ.

Love this cottage!
This was my second stay at this home this year visiting family in SoCal. This property is exactly as listed, is super clean, comfortable and convenient! I especially appreciate the outdoor living space, the lush foliage and the stocked kitchen. Everything we needed for a lovely stay!

Lovely stay!
This property was exactly as listed and is conveniently located near stores, shops, and the Back Bay. The rooms and beds were comfortable and had fresh linens and towels. The kitchen was well appointed with serving platters and large bowls. Large green backyard, table and grill. Loved it!!

Great little home for your next family get-a-way
This place was as advertised. Great little 2 bedroom home with quick access to freeways, beaches and Disney. We did it all over our time staying. Disney was a quick drive for one of our days, second day we went to the beaches of the OC and our last day we went into LA. Host was awesome and even gave an excellent recommendations for activities with our family. Great vacation and a great home!

Great place for family
The place was perfect for a family who needs a safe, clean, comfortable house to themselves. Definitely. Positive choice for a family going to Disneyland (25 min drive ish). It's not super fancy but has parking, Netflix, stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.

We really enjoyed our stay. Valerie was a great host, very responsive. It’s in a great location. The only downside was that it’s on a semi busy street. However Valerie has multiple gates that helped us feel safer staying there with a little one. u

Nothing Short of Amazing!
Thank you to our special hosts who didn't bat an eye when we had a simple question that could have been answered if we had taken a closer look at the guest book instructions. We shot them a message and within minutes they gave us a call! Super responsive, wi-fi worked great, the house was tidy and clean, and the "zen" experience in the backyard porch made for such a great game night.

Back Bay Jewel - Separate House
This home is adorable, and very private with a fabulous kitchen. Great enclosed yard with so many nice features, great for pets and kids. Valerie is very kind and helpful. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Stay!
We stayed there for several days while moving our daughter to CA. The place was perfect for us. This is our first time staying at someone’s guest residence, so we weren’t sure how easy or awkward it would be, but Valerie made it extremely comfortable. The access to the house was extremely easy and we still had all the privacy we wanted. The place had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable to accommodate our family of four. We plan on staying there anytime we come to visit our daughter.

Worked well for us
This 2BR +2BA with outdoor space was a perfect size and location for our family group of 5 (1 infant) plus our small dogs to spend a week. We really enjoyed its close proximity to the Newport Bay Conservation Area and walked our dogs there daily. (We saw a heron, egrets, hawks, and a beautiful coyote!) Location is near the OC airport, and you hear the planes taking off, but it didn’t really bother us. Pretty convenient drive for going to Disneyland as well. The place was pretty clean, and the barbecue, laundry, stove, coffee pot and dishwasher worked great. Owner checked in with us midway which was appreciated. Place is as pictured. Would stay here again.

We traveled to CA for a college softball tournament. The owners were excellent with their communication and everything went very well. The home was super nice and clean. Even with the owners living up front. You have your own private space. A couple times when we came back to the house, the owners, Jim and Valarie, were outside. They are so kind and we had great conversations. Wil definitely reach out again when we are in the area

This was a great location and we had a wonderful stay, Valerie and Jim are very welcoming, and they shared their space with us which was perfect she has lush plants and beautiful flowers. This is exactl what we needed. AC kid and dog friendly - even a doggie door! She had everything we needed to cook, equipped with games puzzles tv and several spaces our family was all able lounge it! We used the grill area and I worked outside daily. There were parks all in walking distance. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay with the family and a dog.

Five Day Trip for Water Polo Tournament
Valerie and Jim did a great job with their property! It had everything we needed. I really appreciated all their kitchen amenities and the super comfortable beds. I slept well every night and so did my kids. We were in town for a very busy water polo tournament and the location was perfect. I loved that it wasn't far from the freeway. The backyard space was incredible--so peaceful and relaxing. I brought my dog and he liked having the outdoor space. I wish we could have had more time at the house to enjoy it more. I'll definitely book it again for the next water polo tournament and any visits in SoCal.

As good as it gets
We have stayed in countless vaca rentals over the years. Valerie was by far the best hostess we have dealt with. Very responsive and so very friendly! The place is a full separate house and even has its own yard, includigd a covered bbq area with all the amenities. It was as quiet and private as we have had. A few short minutes to the ocean with phenomenal views and walks. I could go on... but its ck out time, so... Thank you so much!!!!
