On arrival, in the afternoon, had to drive 2 miles across town to collect keys from a coded key safe outside the agents office. No guidance on the security system and how to access garage or flat. Outside only one useable sun bed and 2 plastic chairs. The other sunbed looked unsafe, was filthy and had a dirty and stained mattress. The one other plastic chair was ingrained with dirt and paint. "Great location in Almerimar and exactly what we were looking for after a 10 day tour around Andalucía. Restful and relaxing in a well laid out property with an ideal balcony/terrace. Plenty of bars/restaurants to choose from and a well stocked supermarket just around the corner. We’ll certainly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area. "

"A useful, residential location for us with safe underground parking. Transport is needed as it’s on the edge of the urbanisations area and not close to shops/restaurants. Nice, private west facing terrace. Beach is a bit shingly. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. Note that bedding needs to be laundered/changed by guests on long stays. "Great apartment, had everything you would need, beach on doorstep, lovely pool but restrictions open 11-9 closed 3.30-5 so no early or late swim. Not very welcoming to us brits so maybe only Spanish should stay there . Nice area within 30 min walk of everything and if you want to do tourist stuff less than 10 euro by taxi. Only suggestion I would give is for there to be a little info in the apartment, luckily we had a great taxi driver from the airport so used him for everything otherwise would...

"La ubicación y la zona donde esta el apartamento es perfecto. en ese sentido, no se puede pedir mas. colchones comodos y con aire acondicionado todas las estancias, lo cual se agradece y es necesario. Además tienes utensilios para la playa, como hamacas y sombrilla, que resulta muy util. Como pegas, platos y vasos justos y las fotos que salen en la pagina, algunas no corresponden a lo que se ve. "The apartment was very spacious with everything you could possibly need, I would say it is the best equipped apartment we have stayed in. It was very clean and well presented the balcony was amazing with fantastic views. Ideally situated for a relaxing holiday but close enough to shops and restaurants. "After a few difficult years it was a much needed holiday which lived up to all expectations. Apartment was very clean,very comfortable,a well equipped kitchen including hoover,cleaning products and sprays(polish mosquitos etc) . bedding and towels were plentiful. Both balconies equipped with outdoor furniture AND cushions. Jaqueline and Jose were excellent hosts and the welcome pack,inc wine, was much appreciated after our long drive. Definitely recommend this apartment to everyone."
