"This feedback is about you VRBO and not the rental. We were shocked and dismayed at what you VRBO charge us the client. That tourism tax was particularly irritating. Other than advertising, managing the money and oversight the bulk of the work comes back to the owner. In this case you, VRBO, who even charge for a phone call if calling from Canada, are overcharging. Holding the entire amount is too much. When I booked through you I did it for two main reasons. One was paying in Canadian dollars....

"Great location, spectacular view! The owner was delightful and helpful. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. The pool was well maintained. I didn't miss the TV but the property manager didn't show up to show me how it worked. He told me there would be someone there to greet me when I arrived, but there was no one."

"La estancia en la propiedad fue buena! Solo tengo dos puntos malos para la estadía que estuve con ustedes.. 1- Los colchones ya están un poco deteriorados ya que están mal formados y no descansamos bien! 2- La alberca estaba demasiado fría ya que según cuenta con calenton! De ahí todo bien.."
