"The owners Ray and his wife are very warm and welcoming and as they live above the apartments were onhand to answer any questions, give advice and recommendations. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything you needed. Location was great, down a quiet road with plenty of parking. Lovely pool and well kept gardens. "Had a great stay here for a week when coming to Malta for a wedding. Villa had everything we needed and more. Loads of space and activities to do. 10 min walk to the water park. Kids loved the pool. Few issues. Parts of the ceiling did fall down ina bedroom but host got it cleaned up right away. And there was a problem with the en-suite toilet on the last night. Did keep getting reminded about electric and water usage which was odd when you’ve have paid thousands and the villa was half empty...

There were some lovely touches eg lots of cleaning equipment, bin bags and a cupboard full of extras eg spices, cooking oil and a welcome pack. These are all things that we’ve had to purchase ourselves in other villa stays. The villa is easy to get to and close to main routes down both the east and west of the island. "

"Matt was a brilliant host from booking to travelling to staying with lots of helpful info to make our hols a breeze. A big shout out to Gilbert for driving us safely to & from the airport so punctually as well! The house was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean and a real comfort to return to after a days exploring. Bormla waterfront is spectacular with many restaurants to choose from for a meal with an amazing view (around 10 mins walk). Same for the ferry port to Valletta. The perfect base! "
