Plenty of room for business traveler, room had both desk and large table. Would definitely stay again. Convenient room side parking.

The room was mustard yellow, dimly lit, smelled like cigarettes and animals; poorly covered up by air freshner. No breakfast, single serving of coffee in room. Bed was hard, sheets were rough. The room/bathroom were dated, the furniture was scared, flooring was terrible, both the carpet and the tile and the paint was peeling everywhere. The owner greeted us with a mouth full of peanuts and proceeded to try to talk while chewing. Our usual hotel was full, this one had fairly good reviews; not sure why though. But never again.

Old, old the wall paint gave us night mares. And it took several minutes to get hot water, the heating system either froze you or burned you up. Never again will we stay here.

The innkeeper is very personable and friendly. He checked on us the day after check-in (we stayed for 6 nights) asking how we liked the room and to let him know if we needed anything. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic. There is a gas station right up there road. The only con to this hotel is that the beds are a little on the firm side, but each bed has four pillows so you get eight pillows which helps a lot. My fiancé and I ended up having all eight pillows on our bed and it was nice. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and for the price, would stay here again.

When we go to Coshocton this is the only place we will stay. We can take our dog, the rooms are always clean, and the staff is always friendly.

Will not be returning
The room was clean but the smell was terrible. A very strong plug in was used to mask the smell - honestly we had to remove that due to it being so strong. Within minutes it was obvious why it was there. The room smelled VERY strong of cigarettes & dog. Unfortunately we had 4 nights there - will not be returning. Staff was very friendly—sad to see this place go downhill since our last stay a few years ago.

Very clean room. Nice veranda to sit on. Wonderful owner. Parking right near room. A block away from Roscoe Village. Our room had microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron. Nice.

Great spot!!
This place is immaculately clean. My only hesitation was the decor. It hasn't been updated in decades? which would turn most people away, but I'm more concerned with cleanliness, so it was perfect for me!
