Super cabin. Very clean and view out front is excellent. Melinda was super responsive and helpful. We will rent again. Cosby area is very relaxing place but not too far from all the tourist attractions.

Ladies Long Weekend Fun in the Mountains
What a beautiful property and view. So glad we found this was house. Was perfect for us. Super close to our event, close enough to the city fun but far enough away from it to enjoy the peaceful view at night. The host was super quick to respond to questions and more than helpful. Would come again if get the chance.

The house is very nice and modern. It was cleaned very well and great equiped with everything you need. We enjoyed our time a lot, even with bad weather conditions you can very well enjoy the time in this house.

Beautiful view and fantastic location
Out of town, but close enough get to everything you want to do! We shopped in Sevierville, took a trip to Ober Gatlinburg, and checked out the local apple orchard. We played baseball in the yard during the day, rode our bikes through the neighborhood and sat around the fire at night. It is a beautiful area, with stunning views. Fun was had by all!

The house was perfect for my family! It had a room on the first floor that accommodated my mother since she can no longer climb stairs and allowed us to have some privacy on the second floor with my husband and kids. It provided us a getaway that was relaxing and entertaining. We would definitely visit again!

Weekend Getaway
The cabin was very nice! Spacious, clean, and well equiped for our short stay. The best part was having private bathrooms in each bedroom. The location was great for us as we liked being out of town and away from heavy traffic. Gatlinburg is about 20ish miles from the cabin, so perfect for a day trip. Melinda (the host) was very prompt in answering questions and communicating with us as needed. I highly recommend Sweet Mountain Memories!

Wonderful property!!!
Just as described, very clean, beds were comfortable, location was easy to get to and no crazy uphill roads. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, our family had a wonderful time at this cabin. Only issue had nothing to do with the rental, there were 2 friendly dogs that kept coming by and after an evening in the hot tub my husband left his sandals outside and they took off with one, lol! So be cautious and bring everything in!

Overall house the location was perfect and the house was probably the cleanest ive ever stayed at. we had an amazing family vacation. As some of the other reviews stated there are 2 dogs that came around a lot which made it difficult for me to have my dog outside. At one point one of the dogs was trying to come in the house. I would look into contacting the owner of these dogs and try to get this addressed.

Absolutely highly recommend this VRBO! Everything from my initial queries about the property to the check out was excellent. Questions answered immediately and help given promptly. Home is wonderful!!!! Clean, spacious, comfortable furniture and beds, tvs on every room, game room was great addition to the rental. Beautiful place to stay. Don’t know if I would want to VRBO this home if it were mine:). Would give 10 stars but the rating only goes to 5….

Great stay.
After a bad experience with another company we booked this cabin last minute. The property manager responded to all of our questions in a timely matter. We did have some trouble with the power in the kitchen but the property manager had someone out to fix it that night. The cabin was clean and spacious with a lot of property for the kids to run around on. The games upstairs were a big hit. There was more than enough room to accommodate seven people. They even accepted our dogs and provided towels and blankets for them to use. We would 100% rent this cabin again.

Exactly what we wanted.
"AMAZING VIEW" Beautiful Cabin juist minutes from Fishing, Rafting, Hiking and not much longer to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Sevierville. Cosby is truly gorgeous with Mountain Views, Creeks and Streams galore as well as easy access to the National Park. WE DID ALL OF IT!! Kids had the most fun playing in the creek at the Cosby Creek enterance to the National Park. We really feel like we actually experienced the SMOKYs this trip and no doubt we will be back.

Sweet Mountain Stay
We enjoyed everything about our stay! It was easy to make the reservation, check in was smooth and Melinda was a delight to work with. The cabin is beautiful inside and out. The pictures do not do it justice! Front porch rocking with the view of the Smoky Mountains was amazing! There was so much room in the cabin to move around and we never felt crowded and plenty of parking space in the driveway. Furniture was comfy and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit to eat and watch TV. Loved the bear couch and loveseat and the Smoky Mountain pictures on the walls. When we were not enjoying the cabin, we explored Cosby and the mountains. It was nice to be away from the crowds and take advantage of local shops and restaurants. We will stay again many times in the future!

Awesome Cabin!!!
JUST PERFECT!! Beautiful cabin with beautiful mountain views and no steep roads at all (which was important to me). Very Clean, smells like new wood when you walk in. It was so nice to sit by the firepit at night to roast marshmallows and sip some wine. Quiet neighborhood. A little far to attractions but doable. EXCELLENT SERVICE! We didn't know how to start one of the game tables and I e-mailed Melissa and she answered within minutes. I even got an extra ticket attraction for my birthday. We really enjoyed them. We wished we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely come back more days with more family members. 100% recommended!!
