This is a ground floor, 2-bedroom, 1- bathroom apartment in a complex that also boasts a seasonal pool (which is open from the end of May to early September, weather dependent,) and a year round sauna, hot tub, racquetball court, and fitness center. There are hiking trails directly behind the complex.

Each bedroom has a queen sized, memory foam mattress. Two twin sized air mattresses are available for extra guests. (Please note that VRBO does not have an air mattress option in their bed setups. This listing shows a “sleeper sofa.” But it is actually an air mattress.). One bathroom with tub, and adjustable 2-headed shower head.
A large, super comfortable couch, a full kitchen and dining area, great wifi, and ROKU TV with streaming capabilities complete the space.

This apartment is in a large complex. It’s really it’s own village, with a fitness center, racquetball courts, basketball court, dry sauna, and a pool and hot tub..
This apartment, on the bottom floor of a two-story building, has creaky floors. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the spot for you, but despite the potential noise, there is sufficient privacy. If two bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and access to a fitness center are pluses, this is the spot for you!

This apartment is designed for traveling professionals, contracting through us for corporate housing.

You will be given an access code to the apartment and a key fob for the fitness center and pool.

Upon booking, we will ask you for your email address, ID, license plate and phone number, which we will give to the complex’ management, should any emergencies arise.
We gladly welcome guests of any length of stay. Those staying longer than 30 days will need an extra background check done, at an additional cost of $45.
