MODERN, STYLISH HOME w/ open floor concept in top location, fully equipped

Relax in style in our newly remodeled and fully equipped 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home with outdoor patio and grill as well as high speed internet. We put a lot of love in this place and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and ideal for families, a group of friends as well as business travelers. It is close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, banks etc. and one block from the bus stop. OSU and Reser stadium are just a 7 minute drive away.

Open Floor Concept to Relax or Entertain
The open floor plan creates a great space for family/friends gatherings and the cozy living room is equipped with a 4k smart TV with Roku and Netflix. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The house has both air-conditioning and heating. Depending on your preference, the heating can be controlled individually in each room.

Multi-Level Setup
Two bedrooms with one full bathroom upstairs and the 3rd bathroom and full bathroom downstairs allow for privacy when needed. The new mattresses as well as pillows have protective covers to guarantee best hygiene standards.

Bathrooms
Enjoy spa-like showers in both full bathrooms. Shower gel and shampoo are provided as well as fresh soft towels. You'll also find a hair dryer and first aid kit.

Kitchen & Dining
The new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quality pull-out cabinets, granite countertops and ceramic cooktop is equipped with necessary cooking ware and utensils. The beautiful reclaimed wood dining table seats 6 people comfortably.

Patio with Grill & Outdoor Dining
Enjoy a nice BBQ or breakfast outdoors on our patio, which comes with gas grill and outdoor furniture with sun protection.

Guest Access
You'll be able to enter the property at any time during your stay with a code that will be provided before your arrival.

The place is professional cleaned prior to your stay and fresh linen and towels are provided.
The garage fits one cars. Additional parking space for 1 car is available in front of the house and street parking is also possible.

Stupendously Comfortable
Our family was overwhelmingly joyful with our stay. The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and suitable for all of our needs. I was especially impressed with the kitchen amenities and spotless bathrooms. To my surprise, my family found the beds made for an easy night of sleep. Too, my 4-year old was amused by the deer and turkeys that roamed the streets near the property. The only form of dismay I have is that the property is already booked for the all of the other weekends I'll visit Corvallis - good for them!

Great for visiting OSU child!
The house was perfect for what we needed. We had three adults visiting Corvallis for the first time to see our OSU child. The layout was just what we needed. Spacious bedrooms and cool AC was just what we needed between campus visits, sporting events, and wine tasting. Would highly recommend, and will try to rent the same house for future stays!

Quiet Clean and great location
The house was a great place for a quick visit back to Corvallis. It was easy to locate and had everything thing we needed for our stay. Saw a few deer out the windows in the morning. It’s an easy drive to McDonald Forest and Chip Ross for a hike and a short drive to MLK park for an evening walk. You won’t go wrong if you book this house.

Overall this was a nice place to stay with our family visiting for a graduation. There was plenty of room and appreciated being able to park 2 cars in the garage. Quiet residential neighborhood. The basics are provided like a hotel but not much else. One towel per person and no extra blankets/linens. There was coffee, soap/shampoo, detergent. Overall clean and clutter free. If you’re visiting with a family, bring things that will make you comfortable. I was glad I brought a deck of cards for our family to enjoy a night in.

The only problem in the condo I found was the carpets in the bedrooms were very stained. It was an excellent size and we took full advantage of using the bbq grill out back. I don’t know if it mentioned it or not, but the cabinets in the kitchen are very high. Since I am only 4’ 10”, I had to have someone get all the dishes down for me. This place is perfect for a family gathering and it’s got a great location in Corvallis.

This home was perfect for our family. Everything was very clean, and in excellent condition. It was fairly close to my daughter’s Sorority, which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Catharina was great at communicating, and making sure to drop off anything we needed for the kitchen. Overall this townhouse is very comfortable with good amenities. The location is great for access to parks, entertainment and the surrounding area. Wish it had more silverware! Personally wish it had more (conventional - local and cable) TV options other than the Roku apps.

Very clean condo for 6, nice and simple plan, 3 bedrooms with queen beds. The kitchen has everything you would need for your stay. If you are a reader and want to just lounge in the bedroom or living room the lighting is low, this could be improved.

Gorgeous home in Corvallis
We stay at a lot of VRBOs. This place is beautiful. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood of townhomes about a 5 min drive to downtown Corvallis. It’s a beautifully remodeled home with great beds, linens and furniture. Very comfortable. We didn’t do much at the home where we were there but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. Everything was really nice. The owners were lovely and communicated quickly. Quiet neighborhood and just gorgeous.

First time Staying in an Air B and B!! Loved everything about it! It was like a home way from home! Wonderful amenities, coffee maker, stock kitchen with supplies, washer dryer, tv. Etc. We had a hiccup with gaining access, bu the owners communicated quickly and we were in within 10 Min. Very spacious property! Great location, close to Oregon State. Great time with family. More bath towels and other items like paper towels in kitchen and garbage bags. Overall, excellent stay and accommodations. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This unit was so relaxing. The outside area had dears roaming around and it just felt peaceful. The home was clean with modern decor. We spent most of our time on the back patio as the weather was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
