Convenient Location
The 7th Street Cottage is the ideal place to stay while visiting Oregon State University for graduation, athletic events, conferences or to catch a show. This cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the PRAx Creative Arts Center, Goss Stadium, Reser Stadium, Central Park, and downtown Corvallis. Downtown Corvallis is also an easy walk or bike ride to Corvallis Museum, Central Park, unique boutiques, and miles of riverfront bike paths. If you get hungry, be sure to check out our favorite downtown restaurants, Del Alma and TacoVino.
Located in a charming neighborhood, we won’t be surprised if you spend an afternoon or early evening walking around. The historic-looking homes and trees give it an intimate feel. You may hear a train pass by since the home is near the railroad tracks. Both the neighborhood and home are part of Corvallis’s history. Occupied since 1908, it appears the original home was replaced by the current home in 1926.
Not only is this home in a perfect location to explore Corvallis, but the city itself is also a perfect place to explore the Willamette Valley and the Central Oregon Coast. Wineries, Mary’s Peak, the Willamette River, delightful coastal towns, and beaches are all an easy and short scenic drive away.
Parking
There is private parking for one vehicle on the drive behind the cottage.
Both children and adults are welcome. Please leave your furry friends at home since this home is not pet-friendly.
