This two-storey family home is the ideal place to relax with the extended family and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. The simple comfort of the house promises you a carefree holiday and invites you to spend time outdoors with friends. Enjoy the view over the valley, which stretches as far as Lake Trasimeno. Here you can go hiking, discover the nature park and cool off in the water with a swim or take a boat trip to enjoy the surrounding landscape.

Be sure to visit the beautiful Cortona, which is just a few minutes' drive away, or Perugia, the nearby Umbrian capital with its historic centre and city walls. You can also explore beautiful Tuscany by hiking and cycling and stroll through the alleyways of Arezzo.
