"From reception to Maggie at breakfast and the restaurant staff, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The double room was a good size, kept very warm (which was welcome given the cold January snap) and the bed comfortableThe room overlooked the outdoor eating area - January so no business there - and the kitchen roof with its extraction unit - which started around 7:30 am. Breakfast was well cooked and the flexibility given dietary issues was very welcome. The on-site parking was usually available (again January visit so not too busy)."

"The weekend was a Christmas present for my daughter. The facilities in the Spa and treatments available are great and all the staff were lovely, throughout the hotel and restaurant. The restaurant is quite expensive but the food is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend it all."

"The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very cozy with 4 poster bed. The food was delicious with very generous portions. You wasn’t leaving hungry. The hotel was in a great location to explore Norfolk and Suffolk "

"We booked a sea view room and were upgraded to the suite - lovely room, comfy king size bed and nicely furnished. Spacious and clean with lots of windows overlooking the sea front. Up a couple of flights of stairs which was no problem for us but something to be aware of as there is no lift. Breakfast was included and was possibly the best quality hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time. High quality bacon and sausages And perfectly cooked eggs plus hand cut fresh bread. Superb. Breakfast area was also a restaurant open for lunch & dinner - nicely decorated and clean and fresh. Great decor and vibe although I can’t comment on other food as we only had breakfast here. The guy who served breakfast was really friendly and chatty - also covered the reception. The girl who checked us in the evening before was also friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again"
