New apartment in Cortina Center

Brand new apartment, finely renovated and furnished, in the center of Cortina a few steps from Corso Italia. A 5 minute walk from the ski lifts. Independent entrance and reserved parking space and free fast wi-fi. It is composed of a living area with a comfortable and large sofa, Smart TV and dining area. The kitchen is separate; it is complete with all appliances, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and a second bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom.
The house is located in Via Difesa, a small, very quiet street 50 m from the Cooperativa and Corso Italia where you can find from small typical shops to large designer labels.
Please note:

The tourist tax of Cortina of €2.50 per person per night must be paid. in cash
At check in, a deposit of approximately 25 euros per day in cash will be required for heating and hot water which is not included in the price. reading will be done before and after check-out.
At check-in you can rent sheets and towels (60 euros) if you don't have them.

Beautiful, new, and great location!
This property was everything we hoped for! The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. The host was extremely kind and helpful… very easy to communicate with and always available. The location was perfect… just close enough to shops and restaurants, yet far enough away to be in a quiet area. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I would love to stay here again!!

Cortina Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It exceeded our expectations. The property was located in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the main center of town. The unit was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Our host was in touch with us on a regular basis to make sure we had everything we needed in the property and to provide information on things to do in the area. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cortina.
