"We had a lovely overnight stay. Staff we very helpful and friendly. Rooms were rustic in the style of the whole hotel and were clean and comfortable. Dogs were free at this hotel which was welcomed. Surroundings of the hotel is beautiful.. If there was one negative, it was the look of the outdoor pool.. I know it is winter and not used at the moment but the water looked like it could be a health hazard"

"First, the view from our room was worth the stay—gorgeous! The hotel was good. Staff had limited English but that’s to be expected off the beaten track. The meals that came with “full board” were quite limited, and we would go a la Carter next time. Room was a little stuffy, and it was a little noisy in the evening with the window open. The thermostat didn’t do anything, so a bit of air conditioning was not an optio. "

"The streets are narrow and with little for street signs you can easily get lost. The hotel faces a plaza with many choices for dining or drinks, and shopping is all around. We did not use the pool. The room was quite basic, no mini fridge was disappointing "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa Turistica and only wish that we had been able to stay for more nights. The Turistica is located slightly away from everything else in Cazorla. It's close enough to provide easy access to everything in the town, but far enough that you feel like you're really away from it all. Lovely views, clean room, 2 floors for the price of one--wonderful. We can't wait to return. "

"On stayed 1 night for a prary in the area. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but on the small side. Miguel on the reception was very friendly & helpful. I would stay again"

"Great place in the heart of the historical center, very comfortable rooms for family of 4 (got two doubles for very good price). Parking was free in nearby city parking lot, a very nice stay overall."

"We found this place by chance but what a fabulous experience! Very comfortable, clean and well organised studio cave apartment. Private outside space as well. Wanted to stay longer!"

"The stay was fine. Very friendly staff etc., and very clean rooms. Just a couple of small criticisms though. 1. There was no hand wash for the basin and 2. the bath gel/shampoo was in those awkward to open little packets! 3. No tea or coffee in the room. On another note. Breakfast, for me, was a no go but this is not a critism as it is only what I have come to expect. Good hotel overall though and we would definitely stay again if passing that way in the future."

"We used this hotel for an overnight stop on our way from Zaragoza to Almeria airport (picking someone up). Did not arrive till gone 9pm, but restaurant still open, had a great meal and some well deserved beers. Great find, very welcoming staff, everything in the room you would need and a great shower. Excellent value for money. Would use again if passing this way."

"We drove approximately 3,000 Km exploring Andalusia, we could not have got abetter place to do it from - it was amazing experience staying in this charming village in wonderful cave and the pool came in extremely handy. "An unusual, comfortable home in a beautiful location with spectacular river walks on your doorstep. Bob (the owner) is fabulous, helpful in every way and very knowledgable about the local area and the places worth visiting. We stayed for six weeks with our dog and would thoroughly recommend the house for those who want to relax and enjoy the countryside... as well as the river, Negratin Reservoir is close by. Cortes de Baza has everything you could need including numerous bars and restaurants,...
