"Stayed two nights with family. Everything was clean and we had tea coffee in the room. The only strange thing was that the toilet was separate to the shower and sink so you had to go to the toilet then come out and wash your hands in the shower room. I don't know how this arrangement would suit anyone, are they expecting people not to wash their hands after using the toilet? Didn't expect this from novotel but otherwise we had an amazing stay. "For two the room was a good size, the shower was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff were all really friendly. The continental breakfast was lovely, a good selection of pastries, meats, cheese and cereals. The coffee was decent too. Disappointed on our last morning we were told breakfast opens at 06:15, we waiting to 06:30 and still not open and unfortunately we had to leave for our flight.
