"No one checks you in - self serve coming to the property and finding you key and room. Good communication from the hotel on codes to enter and instructions. Rooms on the 8th floor and sketchy elevator. We chose the stairs and it is not for the weak. Lovely stay overall"

"The hotel was located on a quiet street on the perimeter of the central historic where sites such as the Duomo and the Ufizi are found. We loved the location as it was quiet and only a 5 minute walk to excellent restauants and 10 minutes to the historic central. The hotel has a nice blend of traditional and modern decor. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful in providing restaurant recommendations. Our garden-view room was much larger than we typically have seen in hotels in Italy....

It was clean, but being a 4 star hotel, the towels definitely need to be changed for new and better quality. Also we were a family of 3: they provided 3 towels: 3 for face 3 for hands and 3 for after shower, even though I requested an additional towel(1), they refused. Seriously… also the lighting in the bathroom needs to be better. We stayed for more than 6 nights, therefore it got to...

"Staff were nice, place clean, coffee is free which is not usual in a 3 star hotel. The only drawback is how noise it is in the am around 7. A lot of banging and what not but could had been the area where my room was because I could also smell every morning the breakfast cooking and I was in the 2nd floor "
