"Great hotel- clean and tidy at all times. Food was consistently good at all restaurants. Room spacious and comfortable with attentive house keeping. Service by the pool and in the restaurants was a little chaotic and inattentive. Lots of staff but no clear teamwork, organisation or strategy to serve customers. Also too much personal servicing on demand by certain customers which just put a spanner in the works and added confusion to an already disorganised system. Otherwise a lovely hotel...

"Amazing stay at Westin Goa! Our room was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast, the view, and great food at the restaurants. The absolute best part of our stay was because of the wonderful staff and their amazing Indian hospitality. Reception, the porters, cleaning staff and even the breakfast crew really all went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable! We are so thankful and can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much!! "I have mixed views on this property. Location was fantastic so couldn't fault it. My balcony faced a building site which they did not notify me about as I checked late in the night. Subsequently, the balcony was full of dust. Breakfast wasn't included in my package."

"We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, located next to a pool on the property. The villa was set back from the busy road, so it was very quiet and relaxing. We saw many lovely birds just outside our villa. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We ate a sumptuous breakfast one day, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. "I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairfield by Marriott, especially since it was my first time in India, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was truly blown away by the staff. I’ve never experienced such exceptional service—everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and accommodating. No request was too much trouble, and I genuinely appreciated the warmth and hospitality of each person I encountered. I’ll carry their kindness with me for a long time. The breakfast offered a nice variety, with fresh juices. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel itself is somewhat tucked away, so if you're walking, be prepared for a bit of a stroll to reach the beach and shops. I would highly recommend this hotel, and it’s the outstanding staff who truly made my stay unforgettable. Thank you for everything!"
