This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I checked into my room To see multiple cockroaches in the entryway. I spent time checking the bed itself, and it appeared to be clean, so I immediately went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning and walked into the bathroom, I realize there was blood on the wall behind the toilet. I’m glad I fell asleep as soon as I did because there were more cockroaches in the bathroom. The front desk person, Oscar, was absolutely horrible. He hung up on me during a phone conversation and was disrespectful and rude when I checked out. It’s one thing to have a completely disgusting hotel but then to be completely disgusting to your customers with no customer service or any people skills whatsoever was worse than the actual stay. There aren’t many hotels in this area. Unfortunately, this one is the highest ranked one online but after staying in the property, I believe that the score is not accurate for what the hotel actually presents. I would avoid at all cost not just because of Oscar and his terrible customer service but because of the room, the bugs, and the cleanliness of the property.
