"The pool was very big, however it was incredibly cold. Food was very good. A good selection of choice for children and adults. Our room was not the best. The sofa bed was on its last legs. It completely v-ed in the middle. Ive never seen a sofa bed like it. There was also a fire extinguisher box positioned outside our room which was directly below a air con vent. "24 hour reception is very good and helpful. Staff speak an array of languages and are always willing to help. Unfortunately, when we went into our room we were greeted by clumps of hair on the floor. The rooms are plain but fine, and the pool and bar are lovely."
