The 1st floor is not internally connected yet is its own retreat boasting a living room featuring a sofa sleeper, TV, mini fridge and microwave. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower which is shared by 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 is a pull down murphy bed with poolside access sliding door. The main entrance to the home is the 2nd floor great room, where living/dining/kitchen seamlessly unfold as your ultimate beach house. Off this space is a hallway featuring access to 2 bedrooms (Queen bed in each), washer/dryer, and guest restroom. The 3rd floor is accessed through the interior stairs and opens up to 2 suites both with low-step entry showers. The 1st is a king-size bed and the 2nd features a Queen size bed and sleeper sofa. This beach house is complete with its own backyard oasis - a fenced in yard, private pool, cabana and a patio area with a propane grill. Guests do not get garage access – but there is plenty of spacious parking in the driveway (4 – 6 spaces depending on size of vehicle). Please be aware there are external cameras on this property. Pool can be heated for an additional $100 + tax per night, for the duration of your stay. Please request when making reservations. Takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool. STR#297060

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
