Our beach house has everything you need for a vacation - comfortable beds with cool and crisp linens, fluffy bathroom towels, and a kitchen equipped to feed friends and family, plus toys and arcade/games for adults and kids alike! Bring your food and swimsuit and you are good to go!

Year-round Port Aransas has something for everyone! There is abundant sun, surf and-sand if you just want to "get away from it all." If you are lucky, watch a turtle hatchling release at the Padre Island National Seashore during the summer. Port A is THE place for fishing - in the bay, offshore or from the jetties - you are sure to go home with some fish tales! For the nature lover, the birds here are incredible - seeing a squadron of Pelicans dive for their meals, or the pink of Roseate Spoonbills never gets old for us! If you want to go shelling on a secluded island, check out San Jose Island - accessible by ferry from Port A. For the art lover - the Port Aransas Art Center holds classes and has gorgeous local art available for purchase. Relaxing on the beach or adventuring in town, you won't be bored in Port Aransas!

Awesome rental!
This place was awesome! It had a lot of pots / pans, several seasonings, and other little things you usually have to buy when you get somewhere. There was plenty of bedding for everyone that came. The balcony porch was an awesome place to hang out as well! We would definitely stay again!

Off Season Beach Trip
I was worried about booking a beach trip in November but the weather was perfect and the house added so much joy to our trip. The large living room and dining room had us all talking and playing games together and the closeness to the beach was wonderful. We didn't want to leave! The amenities like towels and dishes made our stay worry free!

Thanksgiving at Port Aransas
We so enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotless & the location is perfect. It is an easy walk to the beach- short enough that even the 4 year old didn’t complain about the walk. The weather was windy & cool all the time we were there but we played games & had lots of fun anyway. The house is big enough to be able to enjoy games & fun times together as a family. We loved our 2 nd stay here. Thanks!

Great spot!
It's a solid property, well equipped and perfect for the number of people we had (9 of us). The hosts did a nice job of staying in communication when we needed help. I would certainly come back!

Perfect place to stay!
Beautiful home! Perfect place for a large group. They have everything you need and it is a quick trip to the beach. We rented a golf cart but it would not be that far of a walk. Will definitely stay there again.

Family Fun
Our visit to the coast was for spending time with family. The house was perfect for our family. Besides the beach, I think the the small kid grocery store toys were a huge hit with our 17 month old grandson. He really enjoyed it. The house worked out well. The house is very well maintained and clean. Very close to the beach, dining, and shopping. Chris and Lisa were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our family winter get away
This home was wonderful! It was super clean and we didn't see a bug our entire stay. Linens and mattresses were very comfortable. The house is in a perfect location. We went to the beach daily and everything- restaurants, grocery store, was less than 5 min drive. We'll definitely be back!

Father’s Day Weekend
My family and I stayed here Father’s Day weekend and had the best time! The property was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 adults and 4 kids. The kids loved playing with the grocery store toy, so that kept them entertained while we got things ready for the beach day. Our family rented golf carts, which made the quick ride to the beach even easier. The house provided plenty of towels and beach toys. Overall we couldn’t of had a better weekend! We will definitely book again!

2024 Port A
Our extended family stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the open living space. The location was perfect to the beach and the shops. We did not utilize the very top bunks in the bunk room since it was too high up for our kids to climb up and crawl in. The grocery store toy was a big hit though. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating our AC temperature request. We had a good time. Thank you!

Nice Comfortable Home
We had no issues getting in and the host is super responsive. The house was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. We only had one issue with the oven. The host got on top of it quickly but unfortunately a part had to be ordered. If you own a home you know these things can happen so I do t feel it was the hosts fault and she at least tried to get it fixed during our stay. We would definitely stay again. Kids loved the house as well.

Perfect Family Beach Trip
This house was in a great location (walking distance to the beach) and had the perfect open floor plan for our family. The property was spotless, had everything we needed, and was decorated like a true beach retreat. The owner was easy to reach and the whole rental transaction was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Luxury home, well equipped, close to beach
We spent some wonderful days with two families (8 persons) in the house. It’s clean and offers plenty of room. The interior makes you feel at home immediately. You can walk to the beach, which is just a few minutes away. The house is well equipped and you can find everything you need to cook/BBQ or spent a day on the fantastic beach. Thanks for having us!

Big house, quiet street, close to beach
This was a great property for 3 families! Lots of space for spreading out and lots of outdoor space to separate occasionally. Quiet street with almost no traffic, but only couple blocks from everything! Around the corner from the beach with all the toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. that are great to have but a pain to travel with. Wish we could stay longer! Highly recommend!

A nightmare!
We booked our property on12/27/21. Paid the remainder 7/1/22, before required 7/6/22 date. Also bought travel insurance & damage insurance. Checked on 7/6 with host via a message to her to get address & how to get keys/check in. We could check in to property @ 4. We arrived at 2:30 to see place, etc, and saw 2 vehicles & a car seat on the balcony . At 2:47, I sent a text to host to see if this was still the cleaning people. He called me back at 3:07 to say she had my money, but no reservation for this weekend. I had ID number, etc. She said she would refund my money & did in 5 minutes. But I wanted & needed a house. So her husband sent us to Silver Sands Rentals & they tried to find a place, and also got us in contact with VRBO, and we got a case # & VRBO was willing to help us get 4 hotel room @ $200. Then Cheryl at Silver Sands found that Port A Escapes had a place for 12, but with a 3 night minimum. But we were OK with that, and we were able to get in at 5:00pm. These 2 rental companies saved this special weekend for us- my husband’s 60th birthday. VRBO’s insurance company had no problem refunding the travel & damage insurance with the case # I was provided!

Great stay!
Very clean! Plenty of space for our group-four adults and two littles. The manager was very easy to communicate with; she responded almost immediately to any inquiries! Beach toys, chairs, and towels all provided, which was great! The beach was close enough to walk, but a little tough with toddlers. We pulled them in an all terrain wagon, and it was fine. You can also drive around the corner and park on the beach with a permit. The kids loved the little kitchen toys and building with the Jenga blocks. Kitchen was well stocked, but the knives could use sharpening. Shampoo/conditioner was not provided, but there's a CVS and an IGA very close by. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again! Thanks!
