Very Clean, Spacious
Nice place to stay during spring break with friends. Check in was easy and the staff are very nice We enjoyed our time and will definitely come back again.

Port Aransas - sand fest weekend
We stayed here with our 2 granddaughters. We were very happy with our room- comfortable beds & nice & clean. The breakfast each morning was good too - our grandkids were happy with waffles & cereal. We will definitely stay here again.

Horrible experience with this place
This listing was supposed to sleep 6 with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa The sleeper sofa wasn’t equipped with linen nor pillows. The office staff couldn’t provide additional linen, saying no linen was available cause all rooms were full.

Great location
Location was great! When we arrived and the staff was very helpful in getting us checked in. Upon arrival to the room, I did notice lots of sand in the floor. Yes, we are at the beach but I think they could have done a lot better sweeping or if they swept at all. The phone did not work and they had a replacement microwave, since the main one did not work as well. The beds were very comfortable, so that was a big Plus! It being a holiday weekend, I get they were busy but the pool looked murky and the trash can outside were over flowing. I'll stay here again but definitely bring it to their attention on the cleanliness. I mean we are charged a cleaning fee..

The staff was nice but the room was nasty. They left dishes in the sink, floor was dirty and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The white towels looked dirty still and we got them fresh as I could see her folding the laundry when I requested fresh towels. The rooms were big and slept 6 but the lack of cleanliness would stop me from staying again.

Room was not cleaned properly
We had to change our own sheets and mop around the bed, couch, and desk due to hair. Even the drawers had hair in them. It was ok after we did our own housekeeping. Breakfast is just basic cereal, waffles, oatmeal packets and pre-packaged muffins. It was fine for a couple of nights but would not want to stay long term.
