With accommodations for up to four guests, this is the perfect option for a small family or couples looking for an extended stay. The bright front parlor features beautiful, Spanish-style tiling, an electric fireplace, and an assortment of colorful artwork and fixtures, including a stately, embossed wood bar. An adjacent living area features deck access and a TV. This room also doubles as an additional sleeping space, equipped with partial air-conditioning, a twin sofa bed, and a bed. The open kitchen and dining area have a full-size stove/oven, dishwasher, and a three-quarters-size fridge. Lounge in the hammock on the back deck while the kids enjoy the spacious, private yard. A gas grill makes this the perfect spot for a backyard barbecue.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
