American Summer is a great vacation destination to bring family and friends to create lasting memories. This home is located in town, just 0.8 miles to the beach, 0.4 miles to the nearest restaurant, shopping and nightlife. This stylish three-story home has an open concept with island décor carried throughout.
The detached apartment makes up the ground floor, great for those who need privacy. (* It is Not accessible to the other floors from the inside *) The kitchenette is comprised of a fridge, sink, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. Snack around at the table with seating for four. Lounge around on the couch, which folds out to a sleeper, and watch movies on the wall-mounted TV. There is a corner area perfect for applying makeup or working from home on your laptop. Rest in the bedroom (BR1) on the King size bed with nightstands and wall-mounted TV. The full bath contains a vanity and tiles shower. Use the gas grill to cook up a quick meal. Kids will love to run around and play in the large fenced-in backyard. Cool off after a day a the beach under the front covered patio area with seating made up of a picnic table and chairs. The outside stairwell leads up to the other two floors. The second floor boasts a kitchen-dining-living area and a bedroom. Prepare meals in the full kitchen equipped with crisp white cabinets and appliances, sleek countertops, both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the modern table with seating for six and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Take your morning coffee out to the balcony to sit in the ocean breeze while witnessing Port A's beautiful sunrises. All can gather around the living area on the two couches, one makes into a sleeper, with plush pillows while watching a movie on the large TV. The full bathroom serves this floor with a tiled vanity, tub/shower unit and a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay. The guest room (BR2) is made up of two Twin over Twin bunk beds and a closet. Venture up the stairs to the third-floor master suite. There you will find a full bathroom with tiled vanity and a shower with a bench. The bedroom includes a King size bed, nightstands, closet and a wall-mounted TV.

Great parking!
Loved the house just hated there were so many stickers in the backyard. Parking was amazing and location was great! Wish the tv’s were bigger but all in all it eat a good place for us to stay. Communication with property manger was top notch!

Loved the layout of the house/rooms and the location. Super convenient to get to the beach, stores and restaurants! The listing online is a little deceptive to what we went into. The cleanliness just wasn’t there, stains on the stairs, pillows, some of the towels. Seems like some renovations could be made in the future. I probably wouldn’t stay at this specific house in Port A again, but still enjoyed our vacation.

This beach house was a perfect fit for my family of 6. It is conveniently located with easy access to the beach and town. Parking was a plus. We parked 3 vehicles and two golf carts with room to spare. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great beach stay
We brought our family and friends to the beach for a Birthday celebration and it was a wonderful week! The location was absolutely perfect, just a short golf cart ride from the beach! We also rented our golf carts through the same company and it worked out very well.

Great vacation home
This property was great! Cute, close to the beach, and plenty of room for the whole family. Loved that it had a fenced backyard for the dog, and that the ground level was it's own little apartment so my parents had their own little space. The management was very quick and helpful with the small hiccup we had during one of our nights there. We will definitely be renting this place again!

This property is well kept, clean and pretty. The furniture is nice and comfortable and the decor is bright, clean and inviting. All things needed in the kitchen were present. Balcony was nice to sit on early AM to have coffee. Bedrooms were comfortable. Lower unit was perfect for my parents. We were able to travel together and both families keep a sense of privacy. Great access to the beach and shops. Perhaps consider providing a gold cart for stays for than 2 nights. Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed staying in this home and selected it for two primary reasons, 1) king beds in two bedrooms and 2) fenced-in backyards for the dogs. The layout of the house worked great for two couples with separate areas.
