Adorable townhome located at the Commons at Seashell, close to the beach and to town. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is near by, making this a truly Blessed Getaway.

Enter this home and find an open living room with a coastal feel throughout, with a cozy couch that is also a Queen bed, a lovely loveseat, and a large flat-screen TV there's room for all to relax and unwind. There is a half bath located off the living room as well as a full sized washer and dryer. There is a large dining room table that seats eight making any meal easily enjoyable for all, if the dining table isn't your style - take a seat at the bar with seating for four. Next to this you will find a full kitchen that is stocked with everything you will need for an amazing vacation, with granite countertops, fridge, microwave, electric stove and oven (the range even has a built in air fryer), dishwasher, and don't forget a coffee maker for your morning brew! Check the blue cupboards and find they are stocked with utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, pots, and pans – everything needed to meet your culinary needs after a day at the beach.

Head upstairs and at the top you will find the Master bedroom with a large King sized bed that faces a flat screen TV. If you need space to put your clothes during your stay there is a dresser and closet with plenty of storage. This room offers an en suite bathroom for privacy with a shower/tub and granite vanity. Head down the hall and find yourself in bedroom two with a cozy Queen sized bed and a TV on the wall and closet space. You will find a jack and jill bathroom with a tub/shower and granite vanity for bedroom two & the bunk room to share. At the end of the hall you will find the Bunk room that has a set of Full size bunk beds perfect for kiddos or adults with a TV to unwind after a long day on the Port A beach.

There is a large community pool, a cabana that shades picnic tables, and you can have cookouts with community grills. There is an outdoor shower for washing of the salt and sand after a day at the beach enjoying the sunshine. There is a shaded patio perfect for enjoying a cocktail or conversation during your vacation.
