Three plush bedrooms and two full baths ensure the whole group can relax and restore. Enjoy fresh breezes on the roomy deck, situated so the evening sun sets on the side. Central AC and a private washer/dryer add convenience to your stay.

This stilt home requires a flight of exterior stairs for access.


**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Rockport Getaway
Gorgeous and clean, close to everything! This is our 2nd time here and will be back again! Community pool and dog area was an added perk! Try Paradise Key just down the road for great food and drinks.

Overall nice stay. Would recommend having some laundry detergent if I am supposed to start a load of clothes. Also, would recommend a couple extra blankets. Otherwise, no complaints.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
The ladies in our family planned a short beach getaway for four. The house we rented had plenty of room for everyone in our party. Privacy space and a nice common areas. The house was clean and set up for cooking, sitting on the deck and relaxing to watch a movie or listen to music. We spent most of our weekend at the beach, that was a little bit of a drive, but we knew that anyway so it was not a problem. Would recommend this house to anyone I know looking for a beach rental stay. The process to rent was easy, check in was easy and check out-easy.

Very clean and new looking
The directions need to be less complicated and the door code didn’t work, but after a quick phone call we were given a code to get a key out of a backup place. They were very nice and helpful. The house is very clean and comfortable. The winter storm hit while we were there, which I suspect is unusual for the location. My recommendation would be to have comforters, just in case. These are just suggestions for the future, but Vacasa is super nice and helpful and goes out of their way to accommodate any issue. And, as I said, it’s a super clean and very pretty house with the bay at the end of the street and the management company is extremely accommodating.

The home is very beautiful even though I could feel it sway even on a still day. The kitchen was nice had most if all you would need to cook a meal. You would however need to bring a kitchen knife none available for cutting meat, etc. The living room could use a lamp as the ceiling lighting was really harsh. Bed in master bedroom was great but both beds in quest rooms were very firm and not to comfortable. The place was pretty cleaned but I did have sweep the floor. It seem it had not been mopped as my bare feet were black from the floor. It would had been nice to have a grill. Overall great place and accepted all our fur babies. Glad for the space for them. Great parking for our boat and trailer. Location is great near boat ramps and restaurants. Try eating at Paradise less than a mile away we had dinner and cocktails, listened to live music.

Excellent Getaway, Super Clean
Very clean, new, comfortable! 30 minute drive including ferry to Port A. 10 minute drive to Rockport Beach. H‑E‑B and many places to eat nearby. Try the drinks and wings and Gnarly Marlin. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice and clean!
We were looking for a quick vacation for our little fam before school starts. It was our first time not staying in a hotel and booking somthing like this and was looking for something with more room. We found this house and looked perfect and just what we were looking for. We were hesitant because it hadn’t had any reviews on it so hoping it wasn’t a scam but also knew it was newly built. Between the arrival and departure it was seamless and simple. It was even nicer then the pictures. Clean and very pretty, fully stocked and decorated home. We are wanting to stay again for sure! Hope this helps the next person.
