Check out this bright and airy home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering queen beds in three bedrooms, bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, and two roll-aways for the little ones. Enjoy the outdoor spaces with two large picnic tables, BBQ grill, pool table, cornhole, large Connect 4 game, kid's dart board, beach toys, and spike-ball game. Located just a short 1.2 mile drive to the beach via Access Rd 1A or .8 mile drive to the beach via Avenue G. Shopping and many downtown restaurants located approximately just 1.6 miles away. The Port Aransas Marina, where you can launch your watercraft is only 2.3 miles away. Oversized driveway will accommodate up to five vehicles. This unit has exterior security cameras. Sorry, NO pool access, no pets or golf carts are allowed.

Great trip!
Check in process was super easy. The property was clean and enjoyable. The only thing that it did not have is tvs in 3 of the primary rooms which is something it clearly states it has in the description.

Amazing House 😊
Great house, plenty of room, very clean and very well equipped with essentials. Just one suggestion, as for me and my sister. The two rooms that have the two small windows, I would suggest putting blinds on them, too much light in the room at night…I like light, but that’s extremely too much light to be able to sleep well.

Great vacation
House is nice. The location is surrounded by a bunch of other houses in a cute neighborhood. Not close enough to see the ocean and no decks to lookout from, but the area under the house was great for the family . They have pool, Cornhole, and a few other games which we all enjoyed. Good amount of parking space for vehicles also. House came with the essentials to get you started and the kitchens were well stocked. We drove down to access road 2 for a little less crowded area when we went to the beach. Also very handy was the outdoor shower and hose to rinse off before going back into the house.

A bitten mess
Upon checking in we were very pleased with the overall layout, cleanliness and room available in the house. the open concept provided ample opportunity for our family to converse while ether cooking eating or lounging. All though, we were quite disappointed that we were not able to enjoy the outdoor amenities downstairs due the overwhelming amount of mosquitoes from the overgrown vegetation and stagnant water around the property. It confined us to only enjoying the inside of the house.

Great Stay!
We stayed this past weekend for our “end of summer” trip and this house was perfect. It was clean, had plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and well kept. The only issue I could see arising is it is a bit small if you have larger groups. We had 8 and it was cutting it close. You could probably fit 1 more person comfortably, it does sleep more but people would definitely feel crowded

Potential but lacking
This property has the potential to be 5 stars. However, the floors felt like they hadn't been mopped. I couldn't walk around without socks. They use the cheapest supplies possible (1 ply toilet paper and paper towels, etc) there was still hair in the shower from the previous person. The sign by the front door swings from the wind and bangs on the side of the house all night. And you can't rent a golf cart because this neighborhood isn't accessible. The house was beautiful and really had potential to be great if they would make a little more effort.

The house is large enough to accommodate a large family.This island home's open-floor concept was ideal for our gathering.The wide living area made it easy to entertain family, and the enormous, fully equipped kitchen was ideal for making our favorite meals.We particularly enjoyed playing cornholetogether while cooking on the grill on the downstairs patio, and we were even able to see the Fourth of July fireworks from the street.The location is convenient to downtown shopping, restaurants, and, of course, the beach!My family and I will return to this property in the future and suggest it to our family and friends.

Great Reunion
I rented this location as a special birthday present for my husbands 50th birthday. I chatted a deep sea fishing boat for him a d his 3 closest buddies. The house was amazing!! Each couple had their own room there was no waiting for the bathroom since there were 3 of them. The kitchen had everything we could have thought about needing. The decor was beautiful and the dinning table fit all of us nicely. We had one maintenance issue with the dishwasher but one quick call and someone was there less than 30 minutes later to fix it! We are already talking about doing this reunion again and will be planning to stay at this home again if it’s available.

Perfect place for a large family

I loved that the location was close to get to the beach, but far enough from the congestion of the local gift shops. There were 9 of us and we did not feel crowded at all. There was plenty of bathrooms and beds. The seating outside was also perfect. The washer and dryer helped out tremendously with cleaning up a little before packing our clothes. If the floors were dirty/sandy, we just used the broom that was provided to tidy up after ourselves. It was a lot of fun and we will definitely be returning!!

Perfect fit
Just right for our two families. My husband and I and our two kids, my cousin and her husband and their two kids. It was just the perfect size. The three full bathrooms were great! We love this location, near the birding center and near Kody’s, coffee and ice cream, sonic with a playground, dominos, and the swing bar. The beds were comfy. The whole place feels bigger in person, the photos don’t do it justice. The giant sectional couch was great for game night and is even a sleep sofa if needed. The cots were a great addition since my kids didn’t do well sharing bed space. The outside area below was nice for games. We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would change is added window treatments on the higher bedroom windows.

Very Unhappy with House Condition

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very DISAPPOINTED with the house conditions1. Floors were filthy, they had not been swept or mopped. My 1 year old grandson crawls and his knees were black. Our feet were black. 2. The washer was broken, would not wring out the water during the spin cycle. 3. Ants everywhere. 4. TV not working. Kept blinking and could not get into the apps to watch anything.5. Internet was SUPER SLOW. 6. Trash cans were full of trash, when it was reported they took the trash but did not wash out STINKY trash can. smelled of rotten fish, disgusting. Then the office called because they could not find a stuffed animal, when I mentioned to the girl about the conditions of the house she just disregarded me she was only concerned about the stuffed animal they could not find.

One Week in Port A

The house is set up beautifully and we found everything we needed. We had close proximity to the beaches, shopping, restaurants and fishing spots. It was great fun and I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to vacation in the area.
