The place is beautiful but the only issue I had with cleanliness. There was dust and hair in our room and I had to call front desk for new sheets. They sent over new sheets and a new comforter but it smelled so bad like mildew that we went out and bought our own blankets. Other than that it was an easy check in process and the place itself was beautiful, walkable to the beach.

We first stayed at Lively Beach about 4 years ago and loved it. It’s such a nice place to stay, the check in is always so easy, and it’s quiet. A few paint touch ups would make it look as good as new.

Think again about this condo
The condo looked amazing in pictures, but fell short in reality. The metal entry door was rusty, the coffee maker was broken and their was a cockroach crawling around the dishwasher. There was a full kitchen,but nowhere to eat. The condo description said "partial sea view, but there was nothing in sight but a parking lot which we got a good look at because there wasn't any blackout blinds. The $80 dollars of extra fees didn't make the experience better. If you're still thinking of renting a lively condo, think again!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time. It was quiet, private, and so close to the beach. We loved walking on the boardwalk to the beach each morning and night. We saw turtles, dolphins, and lots of surfers while we were on the pier. We can’t wait to bring our kids here.

Lively beach is a beautiful beach that has quick access to the beach which was my favorite part about staying here. They had really nice rooftop sections and a very nice pool with plenty of seating options. The room itself was very spacious with a nice balcony area! My only complaint was that the room had a very strange smell, could not put my finger on it but we were able to manage with it. The floors had sand and our bedding was filled with sand. We had to request for new bedsheets, which staff was very kind to give to us, but a bit upsetting that there is no personnel to help remove and change sheets. Nothing we could not handle just an observation. For the most part room was clean but could improve in little things like dusting off, getting rid of sand residue (which I know may be very difficult given that we are right by the beach and many go to it). Overall this was a good stay and I would return but there is definitely room for improvement.
