Some of the amenties include mini fridge, mircrowave, coffee maker & hair dryer. Access to private swimming pool, hot tub, beach area, fishing pier, fishing lagoon. For larger parties, unit #123 (available for rent separately) has an adjoining door, two queen sized beds, sleeps 4. Located walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.

We wanted a place to stay that offered water views and centrally located to all the spots we wanted to visit. This was perfect for us. The host offered a quaint spot that was clean, comfy and decorated with a cute beachside theme. Communication was easy which contributed to the overall great experience!

Door lock is too hard to work, even with the correct code. Paper coffee cups are awful. Room needs to have two real cups. Other than those two comments, the room was beautiful. and clean. The view was also beautiful. Thank you, we enjoyed our visit,

Great Anniversary Weekend
This was the perfect spot for a long weekend in Rockport (our favorite town in Texas!). Wonderful view, easy walk to town. Loved the rocking chairs in front. We spent lots of time enjoying the breeze and looking at the water. Nice pool, not overly crowded. And if you fish, there is a great pier to fish off of. The space itself was perfect for a long weekend. Very roomy with a comfy king sized bed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful room with wonderful view!
The room was decorated beautifully and it was very clean. There’s is a small fridge, coffee pots and a microwave. There was always plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great. It was the perfect size for the three of us. It has a beautiful view of the bay and has a long fishing pier, with a cleaning table to clean the fish you catch. It is conveniently located just down the road to all the shops and restaurants, so it was easy to get around and access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!!

Renting this location was very easy via vrbo as was the checkin process. I received the key code via email along with other details for my stay In a timely manner. The room was as described. Very cute and well decorated. Gave me a cottage feel. Bed and pillows were excellent. A/C worked very well. The view from the doorway is splendid! Excellent hot running water for shower. The towels were the best. Very clean and sweet smelling. I will definitely return!

The property is nice. The shore is accessible but not beachy. The room faces East, so even with the Black-out curtains, it gets bright early. GPS wanted to bring us in through a road that doesn’t exist, but at that point we could see the building.
